   It sounds like you’d like to turn this rough draft of a complaint or review into something clearer and more polished — perhaps for posting online or sending to I’ve visited several Wetherspoons locations before, but today’s experience was shocking — easily the worst visit I’ve had. When I arrived, the bartender (a bald man in a grey shirt) was extremely rude. I asked for a specific pint of cider and even pointed to the one I wanted, but he served me the wrong drink. When I questioned it, he argued with me, claiming I’d asked for something else. Only after I pressed the issue did he replace it. I’m not a mind reader — I just wanted what I ordered. I’d come in for a relaxing meal and drink after a hectic day at work, but the attitude of the staff completely ruined that. To make matters worse, there were no steaks available, and the overall quality of the food was poor. I wasn’t the only unhappy customer; the table next to me seemed just as disappointed. The cider I finally got tasted watered down, and after only a few sips, I decided to leave for somewhere better. This place seems to rely on being cheap rather than offering decent service or drinks.    Been going into Rawsons since it opened. Noticed the past few times the service has been terrible as they appear to be more focused on the table service than the actual people at the bar. Walked in tonight following 2 ladies to the bar. My husband stood next to the ladies at the end of the bar and noted that the ladies got served more or less stright away. He waited to be served but after they had been served the bar staff walked off so he moved up the bar. There were bar staff chatting so my husband asked if they were serving only to be told " You've only just walked in" My husband informed them he hadn't and had been stood further down the bar waiting. My husband commented that they were just stood talking only then to be told he wasn't going to be served him and to go away was as he was " barred". Absolutely disgusting behaviour not the type of friendly staff.

   Been a while since I last was in a Spoons converted from a former swimming baths (The Titus Salt) the conversion works creating a spacious airy pub. Handy for Hillsborough tram stop - well worth the visit.

   I have had breakfast here for two years with no problem. After today's experience I will never go again. An awful duty manager with a foul attitude ruined it. She started by gleefully refusing to substitute beans for mushroom on my friends breakfast. For two years this hasn't been a problem. She then got my order wrong and a vegan butty came instead of a vegan breakfast. Her fault, no apology. She then appeared saying that I needed to go to the bar and pay an extra 30p or I wouldn't get my food. I explained about customer service and he replied that it was a business. She seemed to miss the point. Eventually, after my friend had finished his meal, mine arrived. She gave me a dirty knife and fork. As she left I asked her for a clean knife and fork. No apology from her, no removal of the dirty cutlery. She reappeared five minutes later with cleaner cutlery, still no apology, still no removal of dirty cutlery. She didn't check it either, presumably she knew she had bought it over dirty in the first place. A nasty experience in what up until today had been a regular eating place. All other staff seemed lovely, as always. This sad duty manager from today needs to go. Wetherspoons have been informed.

   It's a fabulous Wetherspoons, in a historical old building. Spacious and welcoming, clean and well run. The food was good. On top of all that... It's actually on the tram stop platform, so you can get home without getting wet!

   Me and my friend had a relaxing experience drinking at this pub, which is lit up by glorious chandeliers! The bar has a well-organized layout of the drinks and glasses, accompanied by Easter decorations that were a nice addition, notably the chicks. Using a pitcher to share our cocktail at a table was enjoyable, with the drink having a gorgeous taste! The seating is comfortable and the water machine worked efficiently, displaying different labels for cold or hot to be specific.

   Very quiet on the Friday evening I visited (24/9/21). I had a beer and chicken wings. Wings cooked properly and the usual good quality sauce. Beer was fine.
