I love this place, it's the quintessential traditional English pub. Walking in on a cool Autumn day you are hit with the nostalgic smell of an open fire, a cosy and friendly atmosphere, and good beers. Dog friendly too :)
One of the true & best rural pub that canters for the locals. David & Marylin are very welcoming and warm. Great pints with good heads and very reasonable too! Although they do not serve meals but do the basket food & genuine cornish pies! It's delicious!
One of the nicest pubs I've ever been in. Very friendly and courteous staff, great beer and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. Excellent takeaway food as well - good quality and price. Hope I get to go there again!

Lovely little pub with vegan and vegetarian options that allows dogs. Slightly muddy after a walk and that was ok too! Gluten free dishes for those in need as well!
