   Visited the Clarks store in Uxbridge today at 4:15pm to get my feet measured and buy a spare pair of work shoes. I spent around 10 minutes in the store without a single member of staff approaching me. Eventually, I helped myself and measured my own feet. That’s when the store manager decided to get involved — not with an apology, but by telling me off for using the tape measure, saying “Brother, I can get someone to do that for you.” Interesting timing, given no one had bothered for the previous 10 minutes. I explained I’d been waiting. No apology. No attempt to recover the situation. So I left. An awful customer experience from start to finish, and a perfect example of how to lose an easy sale. Clarks didn’t just miss out on one pair of shoes today — they lost my custom entirely.

   Came in on Sunday today near 1730. 2 ladies served me when they were closing the shop. They did not make me feel awkward about closing time and gave me full assistance. The young assistant took her time explaining about the boots I was interested in as well as the boot car product to help mg boots look good at all times. Bought both after receiving outstanding service. Thank you

   Came here to get the children's shoes before school. Was a great experience and very pleased with the attentiveness of sales advisor Surya. She was very patient with my kids, one of whom has special needs. Her friendly nature and extensive knowledge about shoes is exactly what we needed. Please ensure she gets rewarded for doing a fab job and going above and beyond. Would recommend :)

   I have been waiting for shoes to be delivered since 21/11/22 to Uxbridge store . Went in on 26th Nov to pick up the shoes and was told not here yet do you not there is a Royal Mail strike . Okay how would I know what service you are using to deliver ? Customers are unaware of the internal workings of your organisation . I phoned Uxbridge store this afternoon 30th Nov and spoke to Natasha who was very unhelpful . Instead of trying to help locate my order she started lecturing me about strikes and asked me to chase up Royal Mail myself if I wanted to find out where my order is . Hold on !!!! My purchase agreement is with Clark’s not Royal Mail so it is Clark’s responsibility to help locate the order and not the customers . Apparently Natasha is the store manager and she has other negative reviews on here but Clark’s seem to be happy for her to be one of the faces of their brand . I will be pursuing a refund and spending my hard earned money elsewhere . I regret ordering these shoes from Clark’s .

   Assisted by a young man called Haider today in Clarkes Uxbridge store. Very polite and supportive, he helped me with getting my sons shoe size corrected when i had purchased the wrong size in error. Thank you very much. Good store.

   Great customer service even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon. I needed samples for my LO . The lady was really helpful and made multiple trips to look . I was a little disappointed that my discount card was for purchases with adults shoes. Considering toddlers shoes were £32 .very expensive
