I was racially abused at this pub with my friends. A man told us we had come over and stolen his jobs.
This place is a good pub in every sense of the word not a hotel in any way or form and never has been a hotel.
Great hotel that takes dogs, a real bonus. Excellent room, very clean , lovely mattress good quality linen. The rooms are above the pub so has the potential to be noisy when live music acts are on, but l enjoyed the music and the friendly locals!
Booked in for the night before my wedding, room immaculate, amazing shower, staff incredible, one of the best beds i found in a hotel in years. Service excellent, 5 stars all the way.
Needed somewhere to stay as we were meeting friends then had a meet up the next day at Cannon Hall so we booked here to stay. The place is spotless and bed was so comfy. We had our dog with us too which is great they let them stay. The room was very warm so we made use of the fan in the room. The only aspect we would change is we would book a room at the end of the corridor as people coming in disturbed our dog but would stay again and do this.
Nice pub,went yesterday. Brilliant pint of guinness. Folk in there were friendly and the service was bang on. Nice place to watch the footy!
Lovely pub. We were the Saturday night band. The staff made us feel so welcome.

I stayed in The Friendship for two nights. The room was spotless and the bed was superb. The atmosphere in the pub was great and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. Great place, well worth a visit.
Great pub, the new refurbishments of the accommodation and function facilities have created a fantastic place for anyone wanting an over night stay and a good time
