   Worst customer service. I just went 5 minutes before closing to return something and the manager she told me the tills they are closing for returns at 5pm. Why they don't mention that I spend 40mins to come to Staines

   Never again. £30+ plus pair of shoes barely lasted two months, the Seams completely came away on one side and there's a massive crack on the heel. They weren't heavily used, I didn't run any marathons in them. Some staff are great bit there's one who doesn't ask if you want the special shoe spray, she tells you you're getting it and if you don't move away from the till fast enough she glares you down.

   STAINES....The new shoe display in this shop is impractical you have to be at least 7ft to reach the top shelf of display. I couldn't even see what was being displayed, so that limited my choice. Saying that I do like the shoes in this shop.

   I used to come to deichmann 4 years ago in westfields and used to buy the shoes but quality wasnt great but nowadays theres a variety of shoes& good quality so i am coming back as a cutomer and more importantly i visited staines branch bought 2 pair of shoes a smiley lady called Jharna was so helpful at store and helped me to choose a right shoes for my and my friend. Will recomend it to all.

   Good selection of shoes, useful for school shoes. In store video playing (Sofia the first - suitable for very young) so useful for children to watch watch whilst older siblings shopping. Service was minimal, bit short staffed during our visit so had to call someone to over to get served at the counter.
