   I visited here today with high expectations, I went there because their google feedback was so good, previous customers had been delighted with their experience, I was glowing with positive anticipation. Can they possibly be that good? But I need not have worried, they were even better than I could possibly have hoped. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. I left with a pair of Grisport, waterproof, leather wide fit boots that fitted both my feet and my wallet perfectly. There was even a pay and display carpark just round the corner with loads of spaces and the pay machine was working perfectly! It was one of my best shopping trips ever. 5 STARS just doesn't seem enough. Thanks guys, you really are amazing.

   Little disappointed with recent purchase to be honest. Combat gear pretty faded although no holes etc. There are 3/4 removable patches over the Velcro bits missing which is a pain as stuff catches on those parts easily. Emailed twice but no reply. On balance will go elsewhere in the future.

   I am happy to report that this little Army & Navy store is THE buiness, and is well worth travelling a distance to. The service is informed, professional, and truly friendly. The UK 2024, can you imagine anyone opening and holding the door for you as you leave their shop. If you want to experience a bygone age, one of the staff members surprised me today by doing just that. If only...
