   Omg! Bought my son some school shoes last minute from here. He wore them for 3 days only. The soles wore/ ripped down so much his feet were poking out the soles! The sales assistant was rude daid she didnt believe they was only worn for this time even though the receipt proved it .Returned them to be then given another pair which were also faulty meant to be size 6 but my son couldnt even get them on were about 2 sizes too small. Returned them again to be told that sometimes they do come in different sizes! so was given another pair. So hopefully 3rd time lucky. The moral of the story is stay away from shoe zone too much hassle.

   Arrived at the store at 5.22pm and the shutters were already down and the man was busy cashing up the till. You need to change your opening times on the website accordingly if you aren’t going to stay open UNTIL 5.30pm!!

   I have bought 3 pairs of shoes in the last two days from the orpington store. I found the man assistant very helpful and very smiley when choosing my footware. All the other staff are very helpful as well and I will certainly be going back to them in the future.

   The guy who served me was helpful, polite and friendly. I haven't had such good customer service in a shop for years. Most shop assistants are rude and can't be bothered, so the fact that this guy (I wish I'd asked his name), came over to help me, and then went above and beyond to make sure I bought the right shoes for my two children, is a credit to this shop. Thank you. Also, the shoes here seem to be of decent quality, but at an affordable price.
