Christabel was so lovely and helpful. She spent loads of time helping me pick the right Uggs and explained the protection machine service really well. Because of her great customer service, I’ll definitely be back here in the future :)
Very bad staff attitude, came to the shop asked for one pair of trainers but the guy forgot which ones I asked for so brought over different pair which was okay as these things happen but he didn’t even check which ones I asked for. He said ‘well this is what I was given’. I ended up sitting there waiting for around 20 minutes, I really felt so unwelcome there. 3 members of the staff were standing in the middle of the shop shouting and laughing ,ignoring all customers. It felt like I was disturbing their chat by asking if the shoes I asked for are being dropped off. Once I finally received them, he didn’t even ask it they were okay, I had to wonder around the shop and find another member of the team so I can actually buy the shoes. All in all, very unpleasant experience due to staff behaviour.
Refreshing to have such lovely helpful people working on the floor, I spoke to multiple staff today whilst buying trainers and they were all so polite and happy to help. The store also has a great selection of trainers! I walked out with 4 pairs and a smile! Will definitely be my go to for my next shopping spree
Giving 4 starts because of the service they provide. A representative of shuh reach out to you to help you guide you to proper shoe size. Comparatively (JD, Sports . sports direct) its better in customer management.
This is the second time I've been to this shop to buy shoes, the customer service is really great, the sales staff are very attentive and available if you need information. I would like to thank Casey and her colleague who helped me today, I was not sure of my choice and they gave me good advice. I will come back here without any hesitation, I wouldn't like to go to any other shoe shop than this one.

REALLY ANNOYED TO PUT IT MILDLY - THE UGGS TAZZ CAME BACK IN STOCK ONLINE AND THERE WAS AN OPTION TO RESERVE A PAIR I THEN CALLED THE STRATFORD BRANCH AND THE WOMEN SAID SHE COULDNT RESERVE FOR ME! I ALTHOUGH IT ALLOWED ME TO RESERVE. ID ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO GO TO THE STRATFORD WESTFIELD THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT PRIORITISE THEIR CUSTOMERS! FUMING
Both members of staff were nice and helpful (refreshing having just been in SportsDirect). Great that I could browse size 12 shoes on the monitor as many shoes aren’t stocked in that size, they actually had quite a lot in my size.
It’s not often you leave a shop very happy with your purchase and amazing customer service. Shout out to Shamir for being super helpful! He helped keep my baby entertained whilst I was trying on my shoes as well. Great Job!
