    Very bad quality. I bought a pair of trainers 3 months ago, I have never practiced any sport, only walk on the street about 1 hour per day and I have had to dispose them because the sole has a big hole in the heel. The previous trainers with the same use lasted about 6 months until a hole appeared in the centre of both soles, and one month ago I bought another pair of black shoes whose I use only in an indoor place 2 days a week and there are cracks appearing in the sole. Curiously I have been looking for in Temu and I see similar models of shoes sold in this store with prices much more lower. Where do you stock up your stores?

    Great place to find shoes! I have 3 pairs from here bought around the same time at around the same price point but I'm having different experiences with them. So be careful about brand. The rocket dog flip flops are good so far. The sandals I got from a brand I'm less familiar with that has the flowers on them are already ripping on the part where your feet meets the shoe. I guess that brand does not do well with making shoes. It will be unwearable in a few weeks. And the ballet flats are much like the rocket dogs were so far they are fine.

    I never write reviews but today was absolutely dreadful! The manager had a face like thunder not welcoming in the slightest. He doesn't have slightest knowledge of hospitality and customer service. I would have had bought shoes but due to his behaviour, I changed my mind. I would have given negative stars if possible. Simply disgusted by the manager.

    Really uncomfortable first experience. Worst manager! EVER! I just went in there to buy a pair of work shoes which i really wanted. One of their employees guided me and helped me find the right pair which were really comfy. I was having a really good time there until the manager stepped and started to talk rudely to the employee who was helping me and asked him to move out from that area. I totally respected that decision thinking it might be because he wanted the employee to attend other customers even though it wasn’t that busy! But once again when the employee came back to me with the shoe I requested for me,!he stepped back in and demanded the employee not to see him in that area anymore where I was. Ever since that i started to get really uncomfortable seeing him and just wanted to leave the store as soon as possible but as i got to the tills with my shoes and a memory foam , this manager asked me to BRING HIM BACK the shoe I requested (which i forgot about and which i left it near the shoe section) as if i put it in my bag or something! That WAS HONESTLY BAD. Like really bad. If he had said that in a normal or polite way i wouldn’t mind taking it back for him because when they asked me not to enter the store with my coffee and when back out and finished it and then came back because i respected that request. I have never experienced anything like this before and just because of that i put all my stuffs in front of the till and left (at which point he was trying to be polite or nice) I dont know how he became a manager if he cant manage the one thing he’s got to( To be nice to customers and provide them with the best customer journey)

    Slightly curious that Shoe Zone doesn't appear to stock shoe laces. How odd? I'd have thought it's a great way to tempt people back into the store to buy more shoes. Black, brown and grey in different lengths should probably do it :)

    I bought one shoe ,but very uncomfortably. I did use cuple of minutes only in the house. I tried bring back in the shop , because I don't need, really very uncomfortably. I told for the lady give me back the money please. She told me : No! What the hell??????? I didn't use and don't get back my money. Never more shoezone never never
