   Great location (except for parking!- but that’s no different in any Manchester hotel) Slightly tired now and just at the moment (October 25) transitioning to Intercontinental brand which might result in a bit of renovation but staff are great, facilities and breakfast great. Shame they have cut back a little on the exec lounge provision but the (urban) views from this hotel take some beating.

   Amazing place to stay for the night, made use of the pool and jacuzzi definitely worth it so relaxing in there and not overcrowded. Staff were very friendly on arrival, the room we stayed in was spotless and the bed so comfy. Room had a mini fridge, coffee tea etc and body wash/shampoo. Could not reccomend more came over for a spa weekend with my friend beautiful place to stay!

   Amazing breakfasts. I actually go regularly just for the breakfast. You need to make sure your dress code is zero sportswear for cloud 23 the bar at the top. We did have a bad experience with one of the servers who wouldn’t let my 14 year old daughter eat lunch for wearing a tracksuit. That was annoying but just putting it down to a bad day for her.

   Just got back from an overnight stay with my 8 year old autistic son. My sons special interest is vehicles of any description, I mentioned this when booking the room and asked if we could possibly be overlooking either a road or train station. Our room was perfect, he was blown away, we could see trains, trams, buses cars the whole shabang! The staff were all phenomenal, friendly, helpful, understanding of my son and his needs, nothing has been too much trouble. We enjoyed the pool, had room service and ate at the breakfast buffet. All fantastic. I would recommend this hotel, the staff and location are perfect.

   Booked to see the Charlatans gig. Hotel was very close to the gig venue. Don't bother with the bar at the top of the hotel, we were seated and waited over 15 minutes to be served while waiters around us polished clean tables trying to look busy. Explained to management why we were leaving, no one seemed bothered.

   Fantastic place to have a conference. We were well taken care of, the lady serving us was either called Lara or Lana and she was fantastic she kept us perked up with coffee and jokes throughout the day. Food was good especially the cauliflower wings, I don't normally eat anything like this but they were a revelation.

   Remember to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any hotel. This web site will compare countless hotel sites and usually will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This hotel is one of my favorites in this area. I've been staying here for years. If you choose this place you won't regret it. The best location in Manchester City Centre! The customer service couldn’t have been better throughout the hotel, from the Reception Staff to the waiting teams. They really made a special occasion even better for our whole party. (Also, the breakfast is 10/10)

   I was greeted almost immediately upon entering, by a lovely gentleman who asked me what I was looking for. He spotted my awe in the vast size of the bottom floor. I was given a very warm welcome and felt like a VIP. Chose the stairs as I was not too high up. Amazing place, quite surreal in that despite its size, there is still a personal hospitality from all of the staff, not impersonal. I was blown away.

   Decent location, spacious room, cleaning service was a bit questionable. If you are on the right side of the building you will get an incredible view! (See photos!) Cloud 23 at the top of the building is a great place for a few cocktails, that's a bonus! Great to have a pool on site, although you better make sure to book your slot in advance! I think they went a bit heavy on the chlorine in the jacuzzi as my skin struggled after!
