    Wonderful little Gem of a place. Prices very reasonable. Hosts were very accommodating, helpful and polite. Room was clean, tidy, modern, nice and light and a comfortable bed. Bathroom exceptionally clean, again modern and bright, shower was excellent with good pressure. Only slight snag was it wasn't en suite in my room but was next door and solely for my private use. Location 10-15 min walk into Ashton. Will definitely stop again.
