A really lovely hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing with the hot food being really fresh and hot. Such a big variety to choose from too. And take away Breakfast also an option. Restaurant meals also excellent. Rooms very tidy and clean. A very calm and quiet hotel. Perfect. Will be back for sure.
Arrived in Manchester on 19 Oct after a 14 hour flight and had the pleasure of meeting a lovely lady at reception. Due to jet lag and timezone differences, I hadn't realize it was too early for check in. Thankfully, this amazing lady managed to secure a spacious room with lovely garden views - something I'm really grateful for during my two weeks stay. Breakfast is consistently delicious British fare and hotel staff are pleasantly friendly. This hotel is a 5-10 mins walking distance to Tesco Express and some excellent Italian/ Greek restaurants. I appreciate the excellent service and especially thank the lady at the reception (sorry I didn't get your name) for the comfortable stay.

Personal and caring team, clean and really good car parking. Feels safe and the hotel punches well above its weight for the available choice in the Stockport / Manchester area. Can't fault this hotel. Staff all so friendly and helpful, especially the reception, very bubbly conversationwhich is refreshing as many can be miserable. Room was large and well stocked with essentials. One great touch was the fresh milk dispenser in the corridor so no UHT here. Bed comfy and bathroom clean. Shower powerful and hot. Ate in the bar and food was hot and tasty. Had breakfast which was buffet style....hot food was hotel which some hotels fail on.....not here. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice clean rooms, well equipped, with kind staff. Lovely UK style hotel. Location is a bit remote, and taxi is 16GBP from the airport.
Overnight stay. Courteous staff, ample parking if yiu need. Food is fine. Small portiins as usual for many such places. (I arrived by cab). A few mins by cab to airport which the staff booked. (Pound 12).
Had an excellent stay here. Staff were welcoming and friendly even though I checked in in the middle of the night. Room was large and comfortable. Free parking was available as well as a free electric car charger which was a bonus. Overall would definitely recommend and will return in the future.
Booked this hotel as we needed to be at Manchester airport early next morning. Unfortunately, what the hotel didn't tell us was that there was a wedding booked for that night and our room was directly above the dancefloor - the noise coming into the room was unbelievable. We were told at the reception desk that the music would stop at midnight, which it did, but the noise of the guests went on longer. If the hotel had had the courtesy and honesty to tell us at the time of booking, we would have driven directly to the airport in the morning - and got more sleep. Total waste of £150.00.
Couldn't fault this hotel. We had a late flight back to Manchester so stayed here before travelling home the next morning. Didn't check into the hotel until approx 1am, we let them know this would be the case when booking and they were very accommodating. Room was very nice, clean and cosy, comfortable bed, tea making facilities and some lovely biscuits. We had breakfast before we left in the morning. It was a buffet breakfast so didn't expect much but I was very pleasantly surprised. Good quality food and a nice selection, without a doubt the best hotel breakfast I've had. Would definitely stay here again without a doubt.
