   I don’t usually write reviews, this is my first time but I felt it was important to leave one. On Saturday, I went to buy shoes when a thief came and attempted to steal something. When the lady working, who I can only assume is the manager, got the shoes back, she called her colleague and spoke to her disrespectfully for not being at the front when it happened. The girl mentioned something about not hearing the alarm go off as she was at the back and she (the manager) continued to talk to her rudely in front of customers. If she wanted to give her feedback, she could’ve spoken to her privately and in a less rude manner. Not nice at all. The lady was very friendly when serving us but the way she spoke to the girl in front of all of us was not nice at all and unprofessional. Felt bad so I thought I’d leave a review because it rubbed me the wrong way.

   Brilliant service from the two young girls working last week Sunday despite it being busy. Their bond and quality service was enough evidence to show me that the work environment as well as the customer service was good. They even double checked to see if the pair of shoes I bought were the correct sizes, so that one shoe was not bigger than the other. Excellent service, well done!

   The staff are extremely welcoming, I have not once been to a store and had a bad experience. I would have to disagree with a reviewer who stated that the products are good. I bought a rucksack to hold my pen, gym book, debit card, towel, keys and a 250 mil water bottle, and the threading has come away from the seams. I am going to have to buy a new back, sadly not from Shoe Zone. I have given this 5 stars merely because of the brilliant customer services.

   I visited the shop a day before New Years and I was impressed! It looks spacious and lovely that I wanted to buy a selection of shoes. Pat who works there for many years has always been very friendly, welcoming and helpful and she has such a professional mannerism towards customers that makes you feel your visit is worth the time and money. Thank you Pat for being a hard working person and carry on being you!
