   I am a regular customer of sports direct .Today I have visited Charlton sport direct .We had a shopping around £200 . I bought jack will shoes winter shoes which was in a sale ,when I bought it I just checked the size after I buy I just realised sometime when we walk isn’t that comfortable how you think then I just walk next to the shop and it is exactly what I felt so I came back to the shop ..there is a same guy who served me before because it was just 5-7 minutes . I told the guy I don’t feel comfortable can I get refund .There is a other guys on other till he was also there when I did my purchase before.The guy who served me he call him and tell the lady want refund..As he said he is a store manager..He refused to refund shoes .I have my receipt ,shoes have a label and price everything because it was just few minutes before,Tag is broken because I wear to check I don’t lie .As the guy who said he is a store manager he started to assume the things ,he was said shoes was wear ..but how long I just bought,he said it has a mould .,no nothing has on shoes without checking anything he refuses….he start to say i am the store it is my decision..I don’t like to argue with anyone,Specially to him because he said he is a store manager and don’t know how to deal with the customer and situation…he is very rude ,don’t know the value of the customer…found him very stupid .Worst experience in my life..Never feel to go again sport direct Because of him ..

   OK what looks like overcharged I've looked at the price online and charged correctly but box is priced lower in store incorrect price. Happened twice still not happy as I'm having to try to understand why there's a difference. It's better to buy in store as delivered is charged online.

   Once this issue is resolved, I won’t be going shopping there again. I bought a pair of nike shoes and, as shown in photo, they are already damaged. It looks like the eyestays has been cut off, and unfortunately for me I’ve only realised once I had gotten home. The subpar customer service, and their policy of giving store credit rather than refunds is the cherry on top of an already horrible cake. Make sure you thoroughly check your shoes when buying from them.

   They opened a GAME store inside but they make you go from tilt to tilt in different floors because they don’t know how to opera them, horrible service. Just avoid them

   Awful staff with absolutely no desire to be there and not at all helpful whatsoever. The products are often dirty with lots of caps having marks and dirt on them, tops gathering dust from the store and shoes poorly displayed. Not a good selection of female shoes either unless considering hiking shoes. Clothes range is decent with good brands throughout however. Prices are good.

   Sports direct had so many really nice trainers, some great ones and lovely colours for children too. Reasons for the 4* rank.... we was waiting for 15 mins for someone to get the trainers we wanted, and still no one come, there was no one on shop floor in every Isle. On a Friday morning, you would expect a better service... they were however friendly.

   Me and the family have been here a few of times within the last handful of years for mainly footwear. The store is based within the 'Greenwich shopping Park' area, so locating it isn't a problem. The service provided is of a good standard, although due to it being busy majority of the time, it may take a couple of minutes to get the attention of staff there because they are always on the move helping with one thing or another, this is more of an issue during the weekends. They have a large range of things on sale as you may expect but you can also order via their website to be picked up in-store, which is always helpful. We've been fine with their service from our experience but this may differ from customer to customer. Good.
