Bought the basic essentials but just felt the store is much smaller compared to others I went to Dartford retail park just was a bit disappointed.
One of my partners go to store. They have lots of options and its a big store. Though there out door items has few options.
Terrible customer service. Nobody knows what's going on. After waiting for someone to bring me the right size of shoes for 10 mins, got a dirty pair. Asked for a clean one, wasn't available, asked for another colour, caused complete confusion, lost patience and left without buying anything. Waste of time.
The customer service in the Woolwich store was absolutely fantastic!!! I was so impressed with how helpful 2 particular staff members were that I was happy enough to purchase two pairs of trainers instead of resorting to one. Staff members were helpful to check sizes and I was so pleased with their customer service. Well done Woolwich store. Will definitely come back if I need service from sports direct again. Cannot say that Charlton’s store had as good customer service as Woolwich!!
for a store this size, two changing rooms is already too few. To have a policy of only opening one, presumably to prevent theft, is pathetic. Punish your genuine customers rather than encouraging them to buy stuff. Dumped it all and went to JD.
Very nice place. When you just pass on the front you don't realize how big it is. Very nice place, well organized, lot of options at fair prices. Depending what you are looking for, it can be cheaper than Primark but at a much better quality. Will definitely come back in the future.
Well i been to a few Sport Direts but no like this one i know most of them are big and you find a lot of things but this ones is a different level of a normal sport direct looks very posh very clean tidy and nice staff as the minute you walk in in make you feel you are in ones of the competitive sport shop. I have to say very well done like it everything is dive very well and make you feel very comfortable. I do recommend to check it out. And I will pop in again
