Staff were lovely on check in and check out. Rooms are nicely decorated with a modern vibe, really clean and tidy. Breakfast didnβt have many veggie options but sufficed, Iβd give the breakfast a 6/10. Beds were so comfortable and I had a great sleep with no noise disturbance. Plenty of parking spaces even during the Christmas period.

Great hotel in Salford Quays. Iβve stayed many times there and keep coming. The rooms are spacious and clean. Fresh tasty breakfast served every morning. Located 2 minutes walk from the tram station (20 min to Manchester City centre). All the hotel staff is competent and helpful specially the Reception staff were superb! Urlanda & Roberta showed high levels of hospitality, always smiling, professional went the extra mile to ensure my stay was perfect.

Long review. Having used this hotel countless times, it has really gone down hill. - rooms. Ripped headboards, foul smells, missing gowns and slippers, WiFi and tv issues, hairs on pillow sheets. Not what it used to be. No longer has the luxurious feel. - parking. Β£14/24hours. Even if you pay, spaces arenβt guaranteed as it tends to fill up quickly on the weekend ( when I visit) and therefore you cannot park albeit paid for. You are then told to park in another car park across the busy road and pay for that and then wait for your original payment refund. Not ideal. Cars also block off other cars and aisles over night making it extremely dangerous and a very high possibility of cars being damaged by others. This really needs be reviewed. - staff. Very kind and welcoming. Attentive and will ensure to do what they can for any arising issues. Canβt fault them, they are superb. Very polite!! - clientele. Of course, itβs a hotel so you canβt control this however recently the clientele has been extremely rowdy and if youβre coming for a relaxing stay perhaps steer away. - they also pick and choose when to charge a deposit in my experience, I visited a few weeks ago and wasnβt charged one when I was told I would be. Had to pay this time. Not an issue for me personally, however just something to note.

We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the Marriott AC Hotel. The food was fresh and well presented, but what made it truly special was the service. Siraj and Meesha were both outstanding β friendly, professional, and attentive throughout. They made sure we had everything we needed and added such a warm touch to the morning. Their hospitality really stood out and made our visit memorable.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years. Some are excellent for their views and where they're based. I've had to stay in some for purely practical reasons (for a conference or work meeting etc) and so don't get to choose the view or setting...and that was the case for the AC Marriott (Salford Quays). But the service at this hotel has been amongst the best I have come across! From the moment when I had to check in very late (11.30pm) to all interactions with staff (at breakfast, housekeeping etc) it has been excellent. I'd like to single out Siraj (at breakfast) for his wonderfully quick and efficient dealing with my questions and bespoke order and his colleagues who greeted me each morning as I arrived for breakfast. I'd also like to single out the two housekeeping staff (two ladies) who were very understanding about me not needing all housekeeping services but who also responded immediately to any requests (for towels or bottled water). They were exemplary in their need for quietness (especially on Saturday mornings!). All these staff interacted with respect and big smiles! The rooms are clean and functional and I have NO complaints about the room. The breakfast was delicious - again, no complaints. The facilities (shared work space, gym) were exemplary - no complaints. But the staff make a place and if they do it with smiles it makes a huge difference to the experience and elevates a "routine stay" to a thoroughly enjoyable one! Thank you!

Used a voucher for Tapas afternoon tea, think this one beats the English version. We were served by a friendly member of staff, it would have been nice to have items explained what they were. Sat on a nice comfy sofa in the window drinking a G&T watching the word go by .

Remember to use Κα΄α΄α΄ΚΚoΚΚΚ.α΄α΄m when booking any room. This site will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of the highest rated in this area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed. Friendly and helpful staff, nicely presented rooms. I would have taken off 1/2 mark for lack of parking because or works in the area but the night manager was super helpful and managed to fit my car over night with a touch of innovation. Highly recommend

Excellent value for money, spacious and comfortable. Nice to have a fridge in the room and a shower with good pressure also (two must haves in this day and age). Currently undergoing external renovations which had no effect on my stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will be staying again.

Location would be good there wouldn't be a major road construction around it. Hotel has a cold atmosphere, while check in staff was friendly. Breakfast is mediocre. Scaffolding around the hotel ( no advice upfront), so even on a Saturday you need to have the blinds closed to avoid workers being able to look in.
