   Hotels are routinely cancelling cheaper bookings made in advance when there is a large event taking place nearby, fully aware that the room will command a higher price for a last minute booking so close to the event date. This is the second in as many months, saying that there has been a water leak or flooding... Yeah, not believable.

   Excellent service, clean nice rooms, breakfast was nice and simple for a busy day. The only downside to this hotel was we visited in August and the room was boiling hot, even with 3 fans in the room the hotel could be needing an air conditioning system. We would stay again.

   This is a 3-star hotel for a reason — and unfortunately, it shows. It’s clear the owner has invested very little into maintaining or upgrading the property. The condition of the carpets and bathrooms reflects years of neglect. Even basic expectations like clean, regularly changed bed sheets aren’t being met. The key-operated door locks feel outdated and inconvenient in today’s world of contactless and digital access. With a Premier Inn and Novotel nearby offering more reliable standards, I can’t see this hotel staying competitive unless it continues to offer significant discounts. A real shame, as the place has potential with the right care and investment.

   This was our third stay at the Hello Hotel and couldn't rate it highly enough. Staff are excellent. Room spotlessly clean, big comfy bed with everything you need for a great overnight stay. Breakfast very good alongwith the great Albert's Restaurant next door.

   Was further out of the City than we thought it would be. The room was very basic and needed some updating but it was ok for one night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast that was included in the price was very basic a bread roll with bacon or sausage you could have both if you wanted both. My husband didn't eat is he threw it away said the sausage was horrible. I just had a bacon roll which I did eat cause I was hungry. The Orange juice was made from concentrate and was full of sugar I am following slimming world and the syns in the drink alone was 10.5 so not very good if your being careful. Might as well have been a fruit shoot would probably have been better. Would I stay again probably not.

   Great budget hotel. Friendly staff, large clean rooms. Plenty of pillows and towels provided too. 10mins from the TC, perfect after a day of shopping.

   Excellent place to stay if you're on the APLS course in Manchester; just around 10min walk to the ALSG venue from the hotel. You get a complimentary breakfast and there's a good sized car park. The room is clean and bed is comfortable

   Fantastic customer service! Clare is out of this world. We had a lovely experience, comfy bed, everything nice and clean. Every member at reception from the moment we arrived have been amazing, we are definitely coming back, thank you so much for making our time with you special =)

   Small budget hotel but definitely welcoming. The ground floor room was ample for the overnight stay, very clean, shower fab, hairdryer, TV, kettle, coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the room which was brill, and more top ups in the reception. Breakfast in a takeaway bag from reception to take back to your room or sit in the seated reception, strange but ok . The restaurant next door Albert's nothing to do with the hotel but definitely worth a try it was fab . Would definitely come back if we were in the area again.
