   DONT RESERVE A PLACE HERE! They don’t honor them. We paid money for a reservation and then they told us they were full when we showed up at 11pm. We were unable to find other housing and they refused to pay for our transportation. AVOID! Ps for Hawthorn admin - we will be taking the necessary steps to ensure we are paid for the transportation etc that you cost us by refusing us

   When i stayed last night I couldn't get a cup for a drink or anything the doesn't work keeps going off i ask a member of staff and they did nothing to accommodate me so I was unable to have a drink all night so I would not recommend this hotel to anyone so don't bother ringing for a Room if i was go to bury you get a better service in bury

   Yea I stayed here for nearly 8 months from July 2019 to March 2020 and you what it my by far the best place i stayed at i absolutely loved my time there i stayed in room 8 which the best room in the hotel and the only one with a massive TV on the AND SAFE WAS A LIVERPOOL FAN JUST LIKE ME when I was homeless i stayed in hotels all over Manchester AND THE HAWTHORNS HOTEL WAS BY FAR THE BEST I MISS MY TIME THERE X

   Never been in this place but it is definitely not a hotel. It is a halfway home and there's always unsavoury looking people stood outside it. Needs closing down, ruins the area. Glad I don't live near it!

   When we entered it had to much air freshener but after awhile you start to like it here safe (i cant spell his name) the owner is very nice he has a dog called kally recently thay have been turning the bar into new rooms but i have hopes for this place good luck safe!

   The smell was awful I ended up sleeping in my car. it was extremely dirty in the room I was only in there 20mins debating my next move and asked to check out with a refund and was told no refund. the owner lied to Booking.com so he didn’t have to give me a refund. Avoid
