   We were booked here through a company that organised a trip to the Trafford center and the Christmas markets. We arrived to check in at 6pm and it was busy as 3 coach loads arrived at same time, but receptionist got the queue down fast. Upon collecting our key card there was a note on the card saying::take lift to 2nd floor and your room is 2 doors on the left.!!! When we opened it was like a dormentry with 1 x double beds and several single beds..... to cut a long story short it was nit what wed organised... We were not staying in the only room on that floor. We were eventually moved to 1st floor This was much better. Fresh clean bed sheets, tidy room, clean bathroom. Evening meal was a let down.!! Not much of a choice but it was edible. Entertainment was a singer..breakfast was goof. Bacon was lovley. Overall hotel was tired and the lift only takes 1 person at a time. !!! Would we stay again. Not sure. Staff were friendly and attentive.

   This hotel from the very initial moment you see it shows it's in great need of attention 3 rooms I was show and all lack good hygiene, blood, pubic hairs on beds on all levels of bedding, bedding torn and old, damaged furnishings in rooms and definitely in need of good dust, black mould in some rooms. Just lack of love & attention with a nerve to still charge the amount they do.

   Had an amazing experience with them….. very nice place with free and secure parking their staff is quite nice and rooms are goods as per the price it quite cheap and room was clean comfortable. In toilet I would recommend rather giving soap bar, if they add body wash and hand wash would give nice impression….. really happy with them…. Planning to travel again soon

   Was fair Hotel for the price were a bit let down with the room bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on and l was awake for most of the night with pain in my back. Staff were very friendly and helpful and polite when l needed a cup of coffee at 6.30am in the morning because l really did not sleep very well because of the uncomfortable bed. Was clean and tidy.

   Good points, The rooms are clean Lots of parking Reasonably priced rooms There are two pubs up the road both within a 10 minute walk. Ideal for people working in the area Bad points, The hotel is dated Check in is at 4pm and have to pay £10 for early check in Breakfast is pricey (£12 per person) Have stayed here twice and can confirm the bedding hasn’t smelt very clean both times. Walls are thin so can hear people on other levels! Signal isn’t the best in the rooms Some staff haven’t come across very approachable

   Its good. The décor in my room was like stepping back into the 1950s when the place opened I'm not lying literally. It's a bit of a pebble - s*** hole and the food is like school dinners but that was exactly what I was looking for what more do you want on a budget.... I stopped here for about a week and I always have a kind of strange affection for it I don't know why....recommend

   Lovely ambience. Check is 10am, not so good because its too early for time to be on the move. Food is been ordered for uber eats and just ts etc. they are not ordered in house / hotel. I would recommend a visit to all

   The rooms were lovely and had a tv, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The mattresses and pillows were lovely n clean. Most of the staff were very happy n helpful. The restaurant was very nice and the food was good. There were plenty of choices from the buffet. They also had fresh fruit that u could help yourself to. I would certainly go back there!
