   I booked through Booking.com and paid in advance, but upon arrival at the hotel, they refused me entry, and the lady kicked us out. They also refused to refund our money. I do not recommend booking at this hotel; they ruined my day and stole my money.

   My stay was amazing I stayed in room 3 for 7 nights. Owner was very friendly made me feel comfortable at all times paid for my food took me out let me in his work place. Gave me a free shave and haircut. Lovely and clean. Nice family run business nice owner. Would recommend This place to anyone dean see you again I hope made a nice friend x this p

   The owner is a top bloke. Stayed here the night before starting my new job in Haslingden and the owner who also owns the barber shop downstairs gave me a hair cut for free along with a tub of wax. I cannot fault how this guy serves his customers and ensures all their needs are met.
