   Sam had amazing customer service and even though it was my first time here made me feel at home and comfortable but making conversation when I was stood on my own. I would visit here again based on the service she provided. Sam should be appraise for her work as she went above and beyond and is an asset to the pub

   Good pub and good service . Loads of TV to watch sport. Really good community pub that did events through the year.. Nice beer garden at the back.

   The staff were lovely and although a little slow very accommodating. Stayed with a group of friends in an attic barracks style room. The room was dank with cobwebs in corners, mould and exposed brickwork in the communal spaces. Kitchen had a dead pigeon in it at the time. The bathroom was a slow but warm shower and was the nicest room despite being poorly assembled with uneven brickwork. For the price it was worse than expected, but it was a very low price so I can't complain too much!

   Nice and welcoming, very small though. Not enough indoor seating. Pricing was par I suppose. Disappointing bar staff, who seemed to busy with trying to Keep warm, not all of the staff a seasoned campaigner seemed to be doing all the work whilst the younger staff swanned about behind the bar disinterested

   Good things: In a reasonable quiet section of city, supposedly easy access to public transit (haven't tested that yet), very nice and friendly staff, over a small pub. Bad things: rooms and hallways are in a bit of disrepair and majorly lacking on the cleanliness front. Cobwebs in the room and bathroom, and no lightbulb in the bathroom. Kitchen constantly has other people's dirty dishes on the counters. Overall, it works if you're willing to be a bit *ahem* adventurous.
