I can't speak highly enough of my time living here. The building is always impeccably clean, wonderfully quiet, and has a lovely, welcoming atmosphere. A special mention must go to Esmeralda, whose dedication to keeping the communal areas so well-maintained is truly brilliant. She is a real asset to the building, and her efforts make a massive difference to the residents' experience. Jackson

I’ve really enjoyed my time at The Heart in MediaCityUK. The building is generally well-maintained and has a great atmosphere. A special shout-out to Esme, who does an amazing job keeping the place cleanβ€”her hard work and attention to detail really make a difference in the overall experience. That said, there are a couple of recurring issues worth mentioning. The hot water can be unreliable at times, which is frustrating, especially during colder months. Also, the escalators occasionally go out of service, which can be inconvenient, especially if you’re carrying things or in a rush. Overall, it’s a great place to live, and the positives definitely outweigh the negatives. Just hoping the management can sort out those minor technical issues soon.

Review for Esme – Urban Bubble I just want to highlight the outstanding work Esme does in our building. She works so hard, taking care of the cleaning and ensuring everything in the block runs smoothly. Esme is always extremely friendly and approachable. She greets everyone with a warm smile and goes out of her way to be helpful, no matter the situation. Her positive attitude and dedication truly brighten the atmosphere in the building. She takes immense pride in her work, and it shows in the way. Esme is undoubtedly an asset to Urban Bubble, and we are so lucky to have her looking after everything. Thank you, Esme, for all that you do, you’re amazing! Louise x The Heart Blue

We haven't lived here long but the main spotlight of the place is the beautiful esmeralda, she always welcomes you in the morning with a smile and assists in the best ways possible. The place is always spotless and makes the place feel more comfortable.

I've been living in The Heart for 5 years, and the best part about this place is how sparkling clean it always is. Esmeralda, our cleaner, does an incredible job keeping the reception and communal areas spotless, just like a top hotel. Plus, she's such a lovely person to chat with!

The room was fine but I’m leaving a bad review because the Β£200 deposit I was promised to receive back within 5-10 working days has yet not come back to me after a month and they had they tried blaming my bank knowing it’s there fault I emailed the manager for me not to get a response as she was ok holiday and I don’t think I’m the only one with this issue as I can see from the reviews. They need not to take deposits if you can’t immediately refund back within the promised dates.

Stayed here about one year ago. Had to wait a considerable amount of time before the receptionist arrived to check us in. The deposit had to be paid with credit only, and reception actually turned down the full payment in cash. Despite checking out early, I still had to book a shorter stay due to the lack of room on my card. None of this, to my knowledge, was mentioned anywhere at the time I was making a reservation. The sleeping/living was clean, but the kitchenette, though stocked with many utensils, wasn't cleaned as well as I would have liked. Bits of food were still on the forks and knives, which for a vegetarian, is very concerning. However, I mentioned it to the front desk, and they had it all replaced promptly. The bathroom had a few issues; the laminate on the medicine cabinet was chipped at & partially peeled off, and the the shower was difficult to figure out. The knobs weren't very responsive to being turned, and it was either scalding hot or ice cold. To avoid this, just ask the staff how the shower works before you settle in. The beds were very comfortable, and laying on it was a lot better than sitting on the couch. The TV was small and a bit dated, but thankfully, the Wi-Fi was excellent in my room. The only outstanding reason I wouldn't want to come back is the deposit issue. Because I had no choice but to pay with a credit card, all the minor things seemed bigger, and became harder to ignore, with that main inconvenience looming over my entire stay. If that gets fixed, I'd easily bump my review up a star, because it's a very simple fix to make a guest feel welcome, and not met with unexpected problems the moment they walk in.

Great stay, check in was fast and the room was good. Is was a little hot and couldn't find the thermostat so kept door to the balcony open. Everything is available, washing machine, stove, oven etc. Etc. Bed was a little soft and could feel the springs but slept OK. Bought a breakfast voucher of 12 pound for holiday Inn.

The location is good, but there isn't a proper reception so there isn't really any service. If you happen to catch them while they are there you can check in or get parking validated, not otherwise you are instructed to go around the block to the Holiday Inn. The rooms aren't services daily. The room has decent amenities, but they completely cheaped out on everything. The bed is the saggiest most uncomfortable bed at a hotel that I've slept on. The flooring is vinyl. The window coverings are stained and ratty. It is a bit strange since everything is modern looking, but the place was not in great shape. I don't think I'd stay here again
