Symone was funny and enthusiastic. She informed me of all the sizing options for school shoes at clarks and highly recommended the back to school patent kit. I can’t wait to use it!! Usually school shopping is a nightmare - ish experience but she completely got rid of all my stresses and worries by being such an knowledgeable and attentive helper
Morenike dealt with my 6 year old twins with love and care - measured them and helped them select their shoes for school and PE, she made sure they can walk and run comfortably before we left the store. No one does that. She was great! ***** Clarks should be proud of this girl. I’ll be returning soon.
Excellent customer service at Clarks Thurrock Lakeside from Ayesha. A very busy store. I wanted to try some different styles of shoes. Ayesha was brilliant in advising the best shoes that matched what I was looking for and provided me with the various sizes. What made her brilliant was that she knew the products and was patient whilst I tried on the shoes. No rushing and very polite and professional!
Visited Clark’s looking for a pair of wide fitting shoes due to a recent foot injury. My father and I had the pleasure of being helped by Cassie. She was excellent! Very patient with finding a suitable shoe. She then helped my Dad find a pair of sandals. We walked out the store very happy customers.

Thank you to Salesperson Becca who was very patient with my elderly mum last Sunday morning. Mum has poor mobility and very wide feet so it took a while to find and try on shoes and slippers. We left with a pair of shoes and Becca ordered slippers that were delivered within 3 days and fit mum perfectly. As usual good service and good quality from Clarks.

The items in store are totally different with the once delivered at home. No one has told us about the changes and makes us being a bit strange as the models has some details that are missed on the new model. Not sure about the same quality.
