   Misleading and deceptive pricing. In the shop window, the shoes are advertised at 19,99 giving the impression of a discount. Once inside and at the checkout, the actual prices are 44,99.This is clearly a tactic to mislead customers into entering the store. When you ask the staff why the price in the window is different from the price in the shop, they respond in a very rude and unprofessional manner, raising their voices just because you asked a simple question. Very disappointing behavior. I would not recommend this shop.

   Four female shop attendants were extremely rude, chatting between themselves. I was trying on shoes and one of them obnoxiously came up to me and told me off for not keeping the box with them when I was just trying them on and would have returned them, I've worked in a shop shop and know how it works. They were all running around in front of customers sharply moving items and one stood on my shoes at one point acting like I was in her way, when I was looking at the items in front of me and surely they should want to make customers feel welcomed. Put me off spending money there. Wouldn't recommend.

   Rude staff during closing times. I was inside the store before they closed it, and I was upstairs with the staff; she was friendly and quickly helped me with what I needed, but the staff downstairs was screaming, saying the customer needed to get out and sighing very loudly, and shouting at colleague who helped to hurry up, I was already on my way to pay and leave. It wasn't even 6:03 pm, and they were screaming their heads off, the environment just felt negative. I am a retail staff, and I don't scream my head off when customers are still in the store; even when we closed it off, sometimes I had to stay back 15-20mins after 7 pm (even if my shift ended at 7 pm) to finish serving rest of customers and have them leaving the store calmly if they intended to pay.

   On the 15.12.20 around 1230pm I went to your branch 0079 in Uxbridge  and was served by this awesome gentleman number 104976 Rece on Till 01. I had bought 3 pairs of shoes. When paying for them, this gentleman accidentally scanned one of the pairs twice resulting in me paying an extra £5. After I left, I realised the mistake and returned to the store as I was not far away. I have never seen such a genuine regret of such a small mistake. He was so apologetic and he felt he would beat himself about it till the end of the year. I am the one who will think of the service you gave me till the end of the year. We all make mistakes. It's the acknowledgment that repairs our mistakes. I must say you have such a wonderful kind friendly, smiling, very appreciative,   good hearted employee. The list can go on. You never find such people these days. He made me feel so welcome to shop with you. I would like to say to him and to whoever employed him, you saw what I saw, a rare jewel. Thank you. Many employees these days never say thank you to their customers. I noticed , he did.Customers speak from the heart. If I could give 7 stars, your company deserves it  because he made it worth that. Thank you.

   Visited this store hoping to exchange a pair of shoes bought in another store for a different colour. They did not have them in my size but the gentleman serving ordered them for me, took my original pair and arranged to have the new pair delivered to my home at no extra cost. What fabulous service. I cannot praise the gentleman or the store highly enough. i would recommend to all my friends and I hope his boss sees this and gives him a raise!
