   I have just left the store with two wonderful pairs of shoes. Sonia was an absolute delight and helped me find the perfect pairs for me. She got out all the sizes and was spot on in recommending what would fit my feet. I was in absolute heaven and her calm lovely energy made the experience a whole. I cannot recommend this place enough ! Truly wonderful.

   Home of Happy Feet. A lifetime spent squashing my large feet into shoes 2 sizes too small or resigning myself to unflattering, unisex styles ended when I discovered Crispin shoes. Yes they are not cheap but that is because they stock beautiful, high quality products. The boots / shoes are stunning and to be able to buy stylish footwear that I can walk in without pain is so worth it. Special mention to great customer service from Peiman.

   Shipping in Crispins was a very pleasant and easeful experience. She would rather i not say this, but my Mother has large feet for an Asian lady. It was easy to find stylish and comfortable options for her. We don’t remember her name, but we found out she was Spanish. She helped us a lot, had deep knowledge of her inventory, prices and sizes and helped us with grace and ease. Thank you!

   I'm so happy that this shop exists as I can always rely on them to have lovely shoes to fit my size 9.5 feet. I usually visit the shop and they are always friendly and helpful. However, recently I had two pairs of nude court shoes delivered. I had to return one pair, and the whole process went very smoothly with the refund received in good time.

   It is virtually impossible to try on shoes in a store when you wear a ladies size 10...unless you go to Crispins Shoes! What a delight to be able to try on so many styles with a friendly and helpful staff who are always happy to bring you any pair you want to try on. I was able to be sure that the pair I chose was comfortable and would look good with what I was wearing! I can't wait for my next trip to London, so I can return to Crispins!!

   I've been a customer at Crispins Shoes 10+ yrs, buying shoes for my mum who lives in Turkey. This is the only place I buy shoes for mum since then.    Crispins Shoes has been an absolute game changer for me. I try to go a couple of times a year but if I can't their mail order works extremely well. For someone with slightly larger than size 8 - I can now find shoes of all styles for my wardrobe of clothes. Love it.
