    Horrendous customer service. Came to return new shoes with receipt, they refused to swap them for a new size even tho I was told I could do so last when first buying them. Will never get shoes from there again.

    Great for school shoes for kids, and even work shoes for adults, from smart and casual to slippers and sliders they have ut all. And at the Lowest prices around town, cheaper than Tesco, Cheaper than Matalan and on par with Primark. And you dont lose quality. Great place to come if you find yourself constantly having to get new school shoes because they get scuffed or broken due to children's negligence. 10/10

    Well what can i say. i have never bought shoes from shoe zone before but was a little strapped for cash and desperately needed a new pair of shoes for work. in the shop they felt very comfortable and looked quite smart so was pleased and paid for them, the girl behind the till really looked like she couldn't give a damn and didn't even say a word to me apart from when asking for my money. So i have worn my new shoes to work today and my work is a very short walk from my home but within 5 mins the shoes had torn the skin off my heels and i am now in a lot of pain even with plasters covering the wounds. the shoes are flats and are called softlites. I am very disappointed even though they were only £10 i didn't expect to get injuries from them.
