    Unfortunately, I have just had the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would like to report one of the customer assistants called Diana. I can see there have been other negative reviews about her here. She was extremely aggressive and unnecessarily rude when I was requesting a refund for shoes that have hurt my skin. She completely dismissed what I said, saying these shoes didn’t cause that burn, and then proceeded to push my headphones off the desk. This was very upsetting and she should not be working in this position.

    Poor customer service and bad attitude from woman working in Brent Cross. You do not know how to speak to customers in a polite and friendly manner... which is your job. Get a grip woman!

    I went into this store and had to control myself not going overboard with the number of shoes I was going to buy because they had so many nice shoes for men. If you want good looking, great quality shoes then you can't go wrong here. Only thing preventing me from giving five stars is the fact that there is another store with similar shoes and slightly lower pricing and a third store of similar quality work much lower pricing. But in terms of the shoes at Dune without taking pricing of competitors into account, it is absolutely fine stars.

    Staff extremely helpful, my daughter wanted a pair of boots. Not able to find her size. Manager phoned consission on her behalf. Who had boots, so happy daughter happy customer.
