   Maritza was incredibly facilitating and helpful when I tried on a few shoes in store. She brought out insoles for me to better help me visualise how the shoe would fit when I eventually do buy, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the brand. There was also a lady with a headscarf (I didn’t get her name) who was brilliant in making me feel welcome, offering me a glass of Prosecco and water for the duration of my browse. Thanks team :) I felt quite special in that store that evening.

   I was so looking forward to have a collection of R&B sneakers platform but on my first purchase this is what happens. I hardly slept because my feet it's really painful and feels like burning sensation. I bought in August and only put on dec 22nd, I suppose I missed the deadline to return. What a waste of money.

   Love their shoes, the fit is amazing. Make my feet look he best. Also very comfortable high heels which is rare. Very stylish and great quality materials. The Sale prices are an absolute bargain! Got 2 pairs and a bag today for a fraction of the original price. Very happy with staff too. Always kind, polite, helpful at both the Marble Arch and the Westfield Shepherds Bush branches. Brilliant experience every time.
