   I shopped in Skechers Kingston upon Thames this afternoon. Nikki served me and was very patient and friendly. I ended up trying on about 6 different types of trainers. One pair she didn’t have in my size but brought out a different colour in the same style for me to try for size. Wasn’t too keen on them to begin with but ended up buying them. She encouraged me to take them nearer to the front of the shop to see the effect of more natural light on them rather than the shop lighting. Just to be confident that the change of colour was going to be ok. She was very knowledgeable about Sketchers footwear, as we were comparing their shoes with and without arch support. She also helped me to try and scan the QR code on my phone for signing up for emails to get 10% off my purchase. She worked hard for the sale and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Thank you so much. Would definitely recommend the shop. Customer service at it’s best today.

   I recently visited the Skechers store located a Kingston upon Thames and had an exceptional experience. The store offers an extensive selection of footwear and apparel for men, women and children. The interior is spacious and well-organized, making it easy to navigate through the wide range of products. The staff were friendly and responsive, providing excellent customer service. Notably, I praised sales assistant Elena for her helpfulness and kindness in assisting with their purchase.

   Bought the new pickleball trainers and after wearing them for 15 min, the balls of my feet started to burn. I took them back to the Kingston branch and Khatereh was super helpful. Rather than giving me a gift voucher, which I did not want, she gave me a full refund for the shoes. Much appreciated.

   Excellent customer service. Every staff member I encountered. I had an issue with my trainers after a few months, that is rare to happen and didn't have my receipt but they acknowledged and corrected the problem by replacing my trainers... Appreciated and this is the brand I will stick with. Thankyou

   I had this pair of trainers for 1 month only and you can see the damage. So I took them back yesterday to exchange, as I hoped I just had a faulty pair. As I have shoes over 2 years old from Nike that do not look anything like this. The manager told me I could only exchange. I said that was fine on this occasion, but for £85 shoes if this happens again I will be requesting a refund. She rudely told me this was my fault, as it is clear I had been trying to put the shoes on without undoing the laces, so I would have been pushing the back of the shoe inward which caused the damage at the back of shoe. Which may have been informative if it was true. But I have not once done that. I told her this, and again she implied that I had. So rude. I still got my exchange. But I don’t see why the manager had to be rude. It’s disgusting to pay for an expensive pair of arch fit shoes, to have this much damage and be told it’s your fault. No actually, the shoe is poor quality. No apology. The shop assistants are nice and helpful. But wow they need a new a new manager.
