   Very awful behaviour from staff, I would not recommend going here unless you want to feel belittled and ignored by their staff. I had to approach staff to help me as they were too busy listening someone else on the phone, and every time i asked them something they would reply with “Yeh yeh yeh” and did not find a pair of shoes i was looking for.

   We bought a pair of shoes that were worn for only 10 minutes before they caused injuries. We tried to exchange them, but the store refused and told us to contact customer support by email. We did, but never received a reply. I wouldn’t recommend them, even though I’ve bought many items from them before, it’s clear they don’t value customer loyalty.

   My wife bought a pair of shoes on a Tuesday, tried them on at home again in the evening and decided they were not suitable. Took them back the following day and the store manager refused a refund saying they had been worn. Very poor service/management approach. Do not recommend buying at all.

   Went in yesterday to find a pair of Skechers for my elderly Mum. The assistant was super helpful and ended up sending them to me as they didn’t have her size in store. The shoes arrived next day and are a great fit! Thank you - fab customer service from helpful friendly sales lady!

   I visited Woking branch yesterday in the hope of tracking down a pair of arch fit slip ons in my size which were not available on line or at another branch I had tried. The two assistants who came to my aid were so nice and helpful. They ordered my size and to my delight were delivered to my home around 24 hrs later. I'm sorry I don't know their names but it was such a pleasurable experience. Big thank you!

   I bought a pair trainers from this store in October 22 but didn't start wearing them until December 22. Within a month of wearing them both laces had snapped and the soles were coming apart from the shoe. As I had bought them over 60 Days ago they wouldn't give me a refund. They would only do an exchange or give a credit note. Also, they were supposed to be waterproof, which they weren't. I thought Sketchers were better than this. Would not recommend Sketchers.

   Great service. Assistant was very helpful and gave me good advice as I suffer pain in my foot. She also passed me over to Kajeni the shop manager who was excellent and ever so helpful. She gave me her time and understood what I needed and went beyond by checking other branches to help get the shoe in my size. Excellent service, very happy customer. Thank you
