“I visited Woking branch yesterday in the hope of tracking down a pair of arch fit slip ons in my size which were not available on line or at another branch I had tried. The two assistants who came to my aid were so nice and helpful. They ordered my size and to my delight were delivered to my home around 24 hrs later. “Great service at the Woking branch today. Came in for 2 pairs of children’s shoes that were in the sale. Was told by my daughter they were unavailable to order on line but the staff in the store said they could get them for me for Friday. They even accepted my blue light card even though they were sale items. Really helpful, friendly staff. One happy customer.”
