   Walk through Clark’s in Woking , I have been shopping my entire life in London as I was based there before, the staff was not very present except one young member wich helped me a lot all through my purchase , Saniea as young and new on her role bless her she was pretty attentive as I was pretty demanding.thank you Saniea, please Clark’s management look after your staff and training them I felt was bit of absence and lacking of training somehow . My stars goes for Saniea patience all along the service she committed,even with her poor knowledge!well done !

   Great service at the Woking branch today. Came in for 2 pairs of children’s shoes that were in the sale. Was told by my daughter they were unavailable to order on line but the staff in the store said they could get them for me for Friday. They even accepted my blue light card even though they were sale items. Really helpful, friendly staff. One happy customer.

   Really awful customer service. I couldn't believe how rude and passive aggressive the staff were to us today. We went in to ask about whether we could have our daughter's feet measured for shoes; there was one other customer in the store. The assistant we spoke to said we should have booked and they would be busy all day (fair enough, it's the holidays). So we asked how long it might be, she told us to take a ticket and we'd probably have to wait for ages, there were only two staff and they were absolutely rammed. We look around at an almost totally empty shop. "Can I borrow a measuring machine to measure her feet then?" "No. Take a ticket and wait." They were not polite, they were not friendly, it may not be their fault they only have two staff but given they were making a big fuss about how busy they would be in the Easter holidays it seems like a massive oversight. The assistant's tone was just so rude, I was really shocked. We went next door to a competitor, measured my daughter's feet ourselves, chose and purchased a pair of shoes in about 5 minutes. Their customer service was excellent. And when we walked back past Clarks there were no customers, so they probably would have had time to help us had they not been so rude and made us want to leave. Unbelievable. Oh, and the shoes we bought elsewhere were cheaper and they were still leather, well made and a lovely fit, so I don't think we'll be back in Clarks any time soon.
