Good selection of clothing and accessories for all disciplines of sport, good prices and there are often sales on a lot of the time. Mostly pleasant shopping experience aside from feeling like the staff were talking about me over their radios, sounded like they were watching and waiting for me to pay for my item from the back.
Wanted football shirt from top rail nobody to ask for help found a snooker que and managed to get one down , went down to till nobody there and already other people waiting asked assistant working nearby who came and served us as we left the shop there were 2 other assistants standing chatting and laughing. Definitely won't be back.
Prices different in shoe size so check before you buy even if they are reduced so watch out.
Till staff didn't even bother looking at me, although I did get a 'thanks' which is more than usual. Staff in the shoe section slightly friendlier but of the 3 shoes selected they had none in my size.
I bought Karrimor walking shoes on 24/02/22 around 12.30pm, at Woking Sport Direct. I was served by Muaj. He was very helpful, professional and patiently helped me with choosing my amazing shoes. Thank you for your help Muaj.
Just visited sports direct in Woking and received excellent customer service from Ryan. He proactively helped me get the right shoe size and remained very professional and polite. Thanks Ryan and thanks sports direct.
I went there yesterday to buy my son new pair of football shoes. After we choose a pair I got a box priced 52.99 instead of the shelf price 39.99 I have immediately pointed that out to the girl who handed me the box.. she just ignored it and said 39.99 is the correct price and this is what i will pay. I went to the till and they indeed scanned the higher price.. i expecting to the cashier what i have just been told. She has now even acknowledged what i said and starred blankly at her till trying to sort their with her menager over the phone. I was waiting there about 10 min without a word from her.. not even one look towards us or anything. Menager came to the till handed me a box with the correct price shoe explaining that the other shoes were made from different material. No apology nothing. Treated me like an intruder not a costumer that spends money there. It wasn't my mistake it was theirs. So rude and ignorant. Avoid!
Took a while to chose what I wanted which were 2 vest tops. The bargain was 2 for £26 . Both tops had the same tickets on they were on the same rack. I queued at the till for about 20 mins as usual just to be told that the team shirts were different material so were not 2 for £26 even though they both had big tickets on them. The bloke behind the desk was very unhelpful and unfriendly. Never shopping there again
