As a regular customer, I felt I needed to respond to Ashfar Azfar’s review because I’m in this store constantly buying sports clothes for my children, and the staff have always been nothing but patient, helpful, and genuinely kind. I actually came here to leave a positive review, but after reading yours — and having watched the entire situation unfold — I couldn’t ignore it. You were rude, you swore at the staff, and then you came back for your receipt as if nothing had happened. If the store is so “rubbish,” why were you so desperate for your £2 socks? You were second in the queue, not stuck for hours, and the staff were short‑handed, doing their best during Christmas — the busiest time of the year — while also dealing with the extra pressure of the store closing soon. Most customers manage to show patience and basic respect; clearly you don't have those qualities. Your cheap socks and bad manners say far more about you than they ever will about the staff or the store.

What a rubbish store, mess every, human or dog feaces on the floor, ques are terrible, only one person on tills, only wanted to buy socks, terrible. Staff to told there is nothing they can do about it. What nonsense, swore in my own language. mos, understood but they should also understand it was not directed at them but about the awful service.

Very small and awful availability on anything in this store. The staff just can not be bothered to help and when asking for help - “I’ll be back in a minute”. Well 10 minutes based and went to Jd instead and spent a bit more, at least they were attentive and helped. The store also lacks any form of lighting and makes navigating around the store near impossible.

The only one shop selling junior football boots in the Kingston town centre. You can find a pair of it within your budget. But unfortunately most types are run out of size. You can relaxing shopping around and find your own preferred shoes inside the shoes boxes stack inside the store. There are 2 floors. Plenty of various sports wear. However it seems very lack staff and it’s difficult to find a staff for enquiry or pay.

Till queue was awful, one person with a single customer, we waited for over 20 mins and queue grew to many before another staff started serving. Good prices on many items though.
