   I picked up my newly purchased Pendleton Somberby bike yesterday at Halfords Balham. I was called in the morning by Nelson, who said that the bike was ready and that he double checked everything. When I arrived in the evening, Nelson and another colleague were present and were both very helpful. Nelson spent extra time to make sure everything was ok, in person and over the phone, I do not know yet how my beautiful bike is going to be in time, but the customer service was simply excellent. The time and care you would only get from a shop such as Halfords, who obviously employs staff that are happy and willing to spend time with customers and go out of their way to be helpful. Highly recommended!

   Halfords in Balham was brilliant . Friendly staff. Bradley served me. The store was busy but I was served very quickly. I had ordered number plates to be made and fitted . On line ordering was easy and clear instructions given. Bradley was fantastic. He made up the plates after the usual checks, removed the old and fitted new and I was off on the road within 20 minutes. Very impressed. Thank you .

John and the guy who was working Saturday (sorry I didn’t catch your name) do an amazing job fixing my bike.    I’ve visited this Halfords store for my last couple of bike repairs and the service I’ve received has been superb!!! The bike servicing & repair team really are brilliant at what they do. They are friendly, efficient and always happy to help. Usually completing the repairs right away or on the day when other bike shops could take days, even weeks. Not sure of his name but the guy that’s usually on shift at the bike repair kiosk, he wears a large rain jacket - he is so good at his job and deserves some kind of reward or pay rise!! He’s so personable, rapid with his repairs and not fazed by anything. Every experience I’ve had at this store has been very positive and I’ll definitely be back, even though it’s about 8km from my house, I’ll happily travel because they’ve looked after me (and my bike) so well!

   Bought a new Sony DAB audio unit for my older 2008 car with fitting by Halfords. Turned out to be a difficult fit but Nick didn’t rest until he’d solved the problem. Took a while but he kept me informed and once finally working didn’t charge me fitting to compensate for the several visits. Very neat job with the DAB windscreen arial and microphone. Appreciated.
