    I am not writing this in the hope that management will finally respond—I know by now they won’t. I have already tried to fix what I can myself, and I will not hesitate to pursue my rights through legal means. If you are considering living here, my advice is simple: don’t. After 17 days of living here, it’s clear they simply don’t care. I gave them time to address the problems or at least apologize, but nothing has been done. On the day I moved in, I noticed several issues in the apartment and immediately reported them to the maintenance team, the receptionist, and the parent company. Each of them replied once to my initial email or call, then stopped responding altogether. Their answers were dismissive and avoided responsibility: 1. Rusty washing machine – “It’s in good condition.” 2. Ventilation system malfunction – “The filters have been replaced.” 3. Water pooling in the bathtub – “No pooling.” 4. Unhygienic and stained toilet seat – “We don’t replace it.” 5. Very dirty balcony – ignored completely. 6. Broken towel dryer. This is highly unprofessional treatment for a new tenant. When I sent another email outlining all the problems, they responded once and then went silent. I tried calling, but no one picked up. Strangely, just an hour before my move-in, they were answering calls almost instantly. They even claimed that maintenance staff had visited during the first day and confirmed their findings, but I was in the apartment the entire time—no one ever came. And it’s not just the apartment. The building itself is poorly maintained: doors are often left open, the lobby has a constant bad odor, and the waste room is in such a miserable state that you have to hold your breath just to throw your trash inside.

    You would be diluted that it’s a nice place until you have a maintenance issue. In my 3 year stay, I had 3 maintenance issues and they did a horrible job in them all. The sofa went flat and they replaced with a small and poor quality one that I had to reject it and request the return of the flat one, I attached a picture of the new one. I also needed to fix my tv to the wall and the maintenance dropped it and never told me they did. What’s shocking when I complained to the reception, they did absolutely nothing about it. Finally, the toilet water has been leaking for months and regardless of that it’s never been fixed properly. It’s beyond horrible experience.     Get living, new marker yards amazing apartments !! I’ve been living here for almost 3 months and it’s amazing; moving in was smooth and Selina made my job easy. I settled in very quick with all her help, showing me around the complex and making me feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend to anyone moving to Manchester, it’s a great location and the team are very helpful at all times. The apartments are very cosy and spacious, I stay in a 1 bedroom and I can say it’s the perfect size, with good storage facilities and the design layout of the apartment is perfect. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

    We feel grateful to have been blessed with such an understanding and supportive landlord. We had some issues in the flat since we moved in. Ms Kim who offered very professional service to us. That issues had been fixed finally. I was very satisfied in her arrangement. She could immediately answered what we concerned about even we kept asking her some same questions. I can say that even we got some issues in the flat but I was very lucky to have Ms Kim's professional support. Everything Ms Kim and her team have done for my family and I in these past few months has been really helpful. Ms Kim, thanks very much for your professional, helpfulness and understandable.     The location is perfect .. close to city Center but away enough to be quite and peaceful. Love the water body besides the property and it’s always neat and tidy. Above all , the house itself has been designed with so much storage that it more than what you expect! The administrative team especially John and Joshua have been wonderful. Easy to communicate and extremely helpful. A special thank you to Joshua who helped me zero in on our Home while I was in India itself and helped me understand the steps in simple terms. He has been a great help many number of times besides this as well.

    The apartments are very modern and well fitted and equipped with decent furniture, kitchens and appliances. The neighbourhood is really nice and very easy to walk into town from, and it's one of the few apartment complexes that has big enough balconies to enjoy. The management team are really helpful and very responsive to any issues, however minor. We liked it so much we've just moved across the road into another apartment here!only downside is inconsiderate neighbours and paper/thin ceilings/floors. Also the balconies are all metal framed so if anyone so much as moves a chair it rings out across the entire side of the building.
