   For a career tenant (and I hope to change that soon), Stuarts Homes are the best I have had any engagements with. Head and shoulders above the rest. It is not just that they move swiftly to put things right - which they do - you just feel listened to and heard as a tenant when dealing with them. They communicated the Employments Right Bill, made sure we understood what was happening, kept us updated when they were off handling other business, made sure everything that needed attending to was sorted. We were one of countless tenants yet they made us feel like we were their first and only tenants. And they do so with every tenant (including the ones that recommended them). Being professional with a touch of friendliness is a balance very few Property Management services can achieve but Stuart Homes do it with ease. I will recommend them to anyone out there.

   I would just like to say a huge thank you to Stuarts Homes for keeping us up to date on the ongoing Renters Rights Bill. It has been great to read your summaries and to know that we are in good hands. My daughter rents a flat in Leicester and I have been able to pass on information to her as her landlord has not kept her up to date on this, so your updates have been doubly useful. It is of course no surprise to me that you are on top of things. You always have been and I know if there was something that I did not understand, I could call you and you would be ready and able to explain it. Keep up the good work and enjoy your sucesses.

   Stuart’s have been excellent throughout the process of renting out our house. As first time landlords we wanted to work with a company that would help guide us and support us through the process. The team did just that and have been professional and easy to deal with throughout. That they focus just on rentals and not sales too means their focus is spot on and no conflict of interest.    Stuart’s have looked after my entire portfolio for 4 years and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are pragmatic, knowledgeable and personable. Never a complaint from my tenants about them, and never an issue with a tenant that they have let one of my properties to. Their compliance work is also top notch and they are great at keeping me informed of possible or actual legislative changes that could affect landlords, they always have a strategy to handle the changes meaning I don’t have to worry.

   Best experience so far with a Property agency. Its rare to find such nice people and Amanda, Jack and Olivia I met are just awesome. My wife was communicating with them in start of our tenancy and she used to say that these guys are really wonderful and I started dealing with them while ending our tenancy and it turned out my wife was right. They are clear in communication, always prompt in responding to emails, and moreover they are really helpful. If I ever need to manage my property or anything related to properties in future it will definitely be Stuart’s (without any doubt) who will take care of it. I can't recommend them enough as they go above and beyond in helping and supporting. They helped me in sorting some issues in the house even after completing my tenancy. With Stuart’s I haven't faced a single issue and got to know such wonderful people. Thank you Amanda, Jack, Olvia and the whole team. You guys are Awesome. Its nice meeting you all.    Amazing property agency to work with! We had a very easy experience with Stuart's in finding a place to rent. They were prompt, well-organized and clear in their communications. The overall process was fairly straightforward with them. Their agreement process was mostly done online, which was helpful in the current times. A big positive aspect with Stuarts Home is that most of the property agencies wouldn't respond to viewing requests, wouldn't update the listing after a property is let/under application, and wouldn't get back to you if you had a question. However with Stuart's, we had no issues at all. They managed the listing very professionally, were quick to respond to our questions and were open to minor adjustments in the overall process. They are also very ethical through all the rental process. Starting with a "first come first served" regarding if you are interested on the property. We did the viewing, liked the house, payed the holding fee and right there the house was out of the market. When most of the times with other agencies you have to make an offer. Absolutely recommend Stuarts Homes!!
