    Booked an appointment and was seen 20 minutes late. Why bother booking. I have arrived home, popped my glasses on to see my nails are uneven, shapes are all different!!! I now need to tidy them up myself. Awful will not return. Just wished I had read reviews before booking.

    Don't bother. I called to book an appointment but when I arrived I was completely ignored and it became very clear that they had prioritised walk-ins. After nearly 20 minutes of waiting without any engagement or check in from any people working there, I left. As I was leaving, one of the staff asked if i wanted to come back later! Awful customer service. What's the point of making an appointment? I've been a few times previously and the manicures and pedicures have been fine but not great - now that customer service has taken a dive, I won't be returning. Plenty of other places!

    Writing on behalf of my partner - A rude, discriminatory and horrible experience. The review is paraphrased otherwise it would take an age to write. My wife has used the establishment on multiple occasions but the level of service has declined drastically once it’s apparent you are a repeat customer. The owner was clearly and obviously talking about my wife in another language to her staff in a manner that was unacceptable as my wife was challenging the owner on the service being provided (told acrylic colours aren’t available or out of stock when they were, questioned the tip removal/replacement) To finish off the terrible experience my wife was overcharged for a service and product she didn’t receive (meant to be £25 for an acrylic infill but was charged £35 as “she’d basically had a new set” when in fact this wasn’t the case) Deplorable and disgusting service. AVOID!!!!.

    Booked over phone, person didn’t listen to what I wanted done other than mani, pedi, told me time and “bring cash”. Totally missed that I wanted another treatment so didn’t have time for the extra one on the day. I don’t usually have manicures etc but it’s my daughter’s wedding this weekend so wanted to make the effort. Feeling let down and annoyed but not surprised given the nature of the telephone call when booking. Won’t bother with them again. Have since seen the reply, venue seems to think I was happy with outcome. I’m not. I would’ve been fine with the cost of treatments but I was severely let down by lack of the 3 treatment I had asked for during booking, venue doesn’t seem to be able to acknowledge the unprofessional telephone manner. The individual costs were not confirmed to me over the phone, only the total cost, then they hung up.

    Lovely new clean shop,great music,very experienced (9 years) lady did my nails very quick, I had acrylic nails £38 and a pedicure and nail varnish toes nails £28 and a back massage chair to sit in which was lovely,in total took a hour and a half,cash or bank transfer only no card machine,would highly recommend.
