   I’ve been getting waxed by Yasmin for a few months now and she’s honestly amazing. I’ve never felt uncomfortable or left unsatisfied, she’s super quick, precise and always does a perfect job. On top of that, she’s such a lovely person and makes you feel completely comfy. We always end up having fun chats and her energy makes the whole experience so much better. I genuinely look forward to every appointment with her, and I’d honestly recommend her to anyone!!!

   Well, what can I say. After reading reviews for numerous massage facilities, I decided to book with Yasmin and I wasn't disappointed. Yasmin was very friendly when I arrived at her cosy salon in Hall Green - its small but cute and has a lovely atmosphere. She also locked the door while we were in there (I was the only customer at the time) which helped to feel secure. The room itself was great and she has also thought through small things I've noticed missing at other salons like a paper lined soft bath mat to stand on getting dressed (very important when you've got oil on your feet!) And fairy lights for an ambient glow. The music was loud enough to drown out any nearby traffic but not too loud which was great. The room had only a curtain so if there were other customers at the time, the noise may have travelled through but it wasn't the case for me today. I booked a 1hour full body massage and it was heaven. Yasmin was very responsive to my needs and pressure preference, and it felt both relaxing and therapeutic. She was very respectful when I wanted to focus just on breathing and used a lovely blend of essential oil during the treatment. The treatment itself was excellent value for money and I really can't fault it at all. Thanks, Yasmin, for a lovely experience, I'll be back for sure :)

   I visited Beauty by Yasmin for the first time today, and I am so impressed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. A very professional service, that made me feel at ease and comfortable throughout the whole process. The wax itself was virtually painless and result is great. I like how time was taken to explain aftercare too. I will definitely be returning for my next appointment and highly recommend it to others.

   Loved every second! My first experience of a facial and massage was with Yasmin. She is so professional, explained every step before she done it and made me feel so comfortable. She also was very accommodating and booked me in very last minute. I have been non stop using the products she kindly gave to me and my skin has never felt so fresh and soft. 1000% recommend, treat yourself and book in with Yasmin! X

   Yasmin is FANTASTIC! I've been going to her for years now and her quality of service has never slipped. She is incredibly polite and hospitable to her customers - she's kept her prices as low as possible the whole time I've been going to her (over 7 years; I originally came to her salon on a Groupon voucher). Her waxing is always done to perfection. Not only that, it is quick and pain-free (if you're a regular waxer). If you're new to waxing, she's perfect because she makes you feel comfortable and at home!

   I booked a Groupon voucher (for a massage and facial) and was able to arrange an appointment very quickly and easily. The establishment itself was clean and I was welcomed by Yasmin. My appointment was on time, which is some places doesn’t always happen! I immediately felt very comfortable and at ease with Yasmin. She was friendly, easy to talk to and seems like a really lovely person. The massage was wonderful. She asked me, on a few occasions, whether it was enough pressure. I didn’t want it to end! Then I had the facial which was equally as wonderful. The products she used felt and smelt amazing, my skin is still feeling very smooth. I would recommend this place to anyone, and I can’t believe some of the reviews on her stating Yasmin is rude (these have to be fake reviews)! She was ever so lovely to me and I’m looking forward to booking my next treatment!
