Appointment was booked at 3, but they didn't start seeing us until almost 2 hours later, every now and again assuring us it would only be abother 15 minute wait. The stylist, I think her name is Farah did not inform us of her running late when we arrived and did not apologise or offer a discount for this insane delay. I also wouldn't recommend it if you have any kind of curl in your hair as she doesn't seem to know how to deal with it at all. I asked not to have my hair straightened, once before drying and once as she started using the straighteners on me, but I was ignored. She did not use any kind of heat protection on my hair before she started this, essentially damaging my hair against my will. She gave me completely disconnected layers, which look very strange with my natural texture, essentially ignored my actual hair and cut and styled as if I had straight hair. As far as I understand, this stylist is hired from outside, but regularly does wash-cut-dry s and colouring.
If I could give them a 0 then I would do unprofessional booked me in for today at 11am when I got there the shop wasn’t even opened I tried to call them didn’t pick up. They claim they open for 11 so should be there before 11 if they have a booking for 11am. So angry as I have young children so can not be wasting time waiting around. Definitely stay away from this beauticians they clearly don’t care about their clients
Absolutely lovely, very professional, nothing is too much trouble and take their time with the client. Unfortunately I always turn up without an appointment but they manage to fit me in. Very approachable, would highly recommend.
They do not do blow dries just simple dry cut and charged me £25... I wasn't told this on the phone.. the hairstyling was very painful

My hair was above my bum went in for a cut i asked how much i wanted cut she did it above my shoulders looks like a bob cut took my 2 years to grow my hair. Now it will take me even longer to grow back. PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE. Wants the point in asking how i wanted the cut
I have been going to Rekha for over 10 years i think. shes got great service and makes u feel very special all the time. shes got a very proffesional bubbly personality and i really love her work. very skilled in her trade. Mainly seen on time and the place is also clean. The team will try and book you in even when its short notice. overall excellent.
