Highly recommended. Engineer was very polite, didn't try and blow smoke up my hole, was accommodating to my time restrictions and after previously getting quotes elsewhere, worked out the cheapest, especially since several places I tried will just try and scam you out of your call out fee.

Numerous visits to repair a dishwasher just before Christmas and still not fixed , paid call out charge and for a new pump came back out after still not working .In the end said it was the circuit board and so informed us a new dish washer would be more economical and wouldn't charge for delivery and installation if we bought from them, when we enquired about the price and model for replacement the quote we were given was way over the cost of the dishwasher. When we queried this we were told we did have to pay the cost of delivery and recycle which they said was included due to the amount we had already paid out. Now we have to pay again after 2 and a half months of getting messed about and poor service and false promises AVOID.
Fantastic service. An engineer was able to come out very quickly to take a look at my washing machine and it was fixed there and then. Would recommend and use again.
