Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the team at Curry’s Northwich. They went above and beyond to help with a TV purchase. Staff were professional, friendly and also they were highly knowledgeable about the specifications of their products. Outstanding customer service.
Big shoutout to Jamie for helping choose the right TV to buy.. and putting up with me being awkward. Jamie was very helpful and enthusiastic and nothing was any trouble for him. Only recommendation is to ask other staff to at least smile and pretend like they care, this was a big purchase for me and I was nearly put off by the poor attitude of another staff member. A smile can go a long way :)

Bought a dishwasher last night. The sales assistant was welcoming, chatty, humourous and put me at my ease. He then insisted on bringing my purchases out to my car. It was late, I was tired after a long day at work and this little gesture was really appreciated. Well done guys and Thank you!
Great bargains, helpful staff. We went at 5.40 and it was easy to park snd to get help once inside. Kids allowed to play a game while we sorted out our purchase.
Went in to buy a washing machine and 10 minutes later I was driving away with the exact model I went in for. Very pleasant and efficient staff. They even transported it and loaded it into my car.
Ordered a new dryer. Just one hick up they car'nt deliver till next Monday 7 days away. But the lady who served me was lovely.
Ordered online, 248£ was taken off the account, but order failed. Spent hours trying to get in contact with customer care and then was told money will be back to my account within 24h. This was 6 days ago and no sight of my money yet. Meanwhile, it is again impossible to speak to anyone to sort this out.
