   Had a lovely experience living at Globe House. Having access to an empty gym 90% of the time was so refreshing - plus the spa was an amazing addition and saved so much money on external leisure passes. Gary and Sara were perfect to deal with. Every issue reported was fixed almost immediately as you weren't dealing with a massive letting agency. The 'luxury' in the same speaks for itself. The furniture was gorgeous and really homely. Gary also let us put our TVs on the wall and had them installed which I was never allowed to do in 6 years of renting in Manchester. They both communicated really well and never left us in the dark with any scenario, which is unheard of renting sometimes. The area is safe and upcoming. I parked my car on the side road the full year and had no problems. A new padel club also opened behind the building which became my new hotspot. The city centre is also a 10 super convenient minute walk. If my situation didn't change I would 100% still be living here.

   Such an amazing building, our flat is so cozy and the brick and wooden beam features really add to the apartment. The Spa and Gym facilities are also so amazing, and really make Globe House so homey and provide a happy lifestyle.

   Globe House has been an absolute joy since moving in. The staff are extremely helpful, responsive and go out of their way to help if you need it. Our apartment is cosy and modern but still keeps the features of the original mill, which adds loads of character, which is the same for the general areas which are maintained to a high standard. The gym and spa facilities are fantastic and offer everything you would need, with a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. I feel safe and welcomed here and could not recommend it enough.

   Absolutely stunning building and apartment complex. Most friendly staff you'll ever meet. Sara went above and beyond for us before we'd even moved in. Sara, Gary and Tony, have looked after us and made sure we have felt welcome for our first month here. Looking forward to staying here for a long time. The Spa and Gym facilities are gorgeous and well maintained and provide a lovely place to unwind after a stressful day of work.

   Globe House is a very inviting, welcoming place to live where the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure our move in was as comfortable as possible, it is a place suited for professionals and offers suitable parking as well. The apartments are plush offering a modern-rustic vibe which makes you feel cosy and safe. The Gym is aesthetic and is perfect for keeping fitness levels peak, also accompanied with it is a Spa adjacent to it. It is a place to unwind with its double fountain jacuzzi and sauna room making it a luscious experience. Again can't thank the staff enough, I know I am going to enjoy my stay here.

   My experience living at Globe House has been nothing but pleasant. I love my spacious apartment and the facilities downstairs such as the spa & gym are just a bonus. It takes me 10/15 minutes to walk straight into the city centre which is ideal for me. I would definitely recommend living here, all the staff are kind and considerate and I never miss a parcel with the concierge service!

   Been living at Globe House for almost a year now and feel very at home. The apartment is finished to a high standard and building facilities are fantastic - who doesn’t want to unwind in a spa! The management team are brilliant, nothing is ever too much trouble and any problems are solved straight away. Additionally, they are all so friendly and it’s lovely to pop by for a chat. Location is great, really easy to pop into the city and a very short walk to the train station. I would highly recommend living here!

   Living at Globe House is a fantastic experience, from the welcoming and helpful staff to the beautiful apartment units themselves. Particularly exciting is the newly opened gym and spa - I cannot believe how beautiful the spa is! With a sauna, warm spa (including fountains and jets), shower, and little sitting area, it truly is peak relaxation.
