   Went in today. No staff to help .had to go to three different people to get assistance and then they came from the back with his earpiece I Four staff stood around laughing to each other. I walked out in the end. The item to' take home today" was not able to be taken home today. . Three others walked out whilst I was there. The shop was empty. Two days before Christmas and it was empty . I can see why !

   Took ages for a member of staff to help us. We could see the member of staff who looked after the area (computers) was busy and so went to the desk where we asked for help, they then contacted someone on a headset who never came this was despite there being several staff laughing and joking nearby. The thing is we didn't need any advice we just wanted the laptop we had chosen, in the end the gentleman that we originally contacted being the desk helped us, he was polite and helpful. The experience was disappointing in a world where more people are buying online you would think that in-store purchases would be valued more and customers given the attention that they want from an in-store purchase, which I only made because we needed the laptop quickly.

   best customer service i have ever received in any store. emma I think her name was, she was very knowledgeable about the products I wanted to purchase and also recommend the best products. she wasn't pushy, she left us alone to look and decide on which product to purchase. very polite and professional and made our purchase easy and enjoyable. easy transaction and delivered quicker than was told when purchased. thank you emma

   Today I visited the St Helens store and approached two gentleman one was called Jordan I didn't catch the other gentleman's name, extremely friendly I needed help regarding cables for a VCR I found, my mum's just recently passed away and I wanted to watch these video tapes to help me remember. These two lads were fantastic they knew it wasn't a worthy sale but they went above and beyond they expressed sympathy as I got upset and made me feel comfortable! I visited the store around 10am. Please give these two men a incentive as they both represent the company so well and I will be back in this store this week to make sure they have both been acknowledged by management

   A few years ago I purchased the Google pixel 4phone with the ear buds deal did everything required but didn't receive the buds last year Oct/Nov I replaced it with the Google pixel pro7 with the watch deal again I completed the required application spoke to Curry's staff and was assured it will arrive and it's not arrived. Again I spoke to Curry's staff who said "it's nothing to do with us it's Google".my purchase and agreement is with Curry's so buyer be ware.. I feel conned ripped off and totally disappointed and . I won't fall for it again.

   Friendly and helpful staff, nicely laid out store and all on one floor,!! So 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer later, okay paying for delivery is a bitter pill to swallow, but they were on time and friendly and helpful they take care of all the rubbish. The choice of goods is fantastic. Well done currys.

   Had my fridge freezer delivered yesterday by the nicest two gentlemen. They took it out the box for me and fitted it for me as I’m not able too! They where really good help and really nice to talk to. Would 100% recommend Currys to anyone because of this service! Thankyou again
