“We had quotes and plans from two other high street providers and one bespoke provider. Then we went to Howdens. The staff were the best, they listened to what we wanted and provided it!! They were so helpful and friendly without being pushy. Thanx to Stuart and the staff for our fabulous kitchen. Soft close doors and drawers as standard, lovely internal cupboards. Gorgeous pantry with lighting. We are so chuffed. I would definitely recommend Howdens. The cherry on the cake was the price. Howdens were literally £000's less than than other providers. Delivery was as planned. Amazing service!!”

“Me and my family have had all sorts from them over the last few years. 2 american fridge freezers, washers, dryers, a samsung fridge freezer, a cooker and a dishwasher. Excellent customer service, and great products, wouldnt go anywhere else for my white goods. If theres a problem (not often) but they are quick and super helpfu”

“I took my ancient Toshiba laptop into A1 yesterday as it had been having quite a few problems and after going above and beyond to sort out we agreed that it had had its day. I bought a refurbished laptop from there as a replacement, everything was transferred over from the old one no problem. No charge for the consultation on the old one, a very reasonable charge for its replacement abd the set up plus a warranty, couldn't ask for better. Brilliant people, brilliant service, class of their own...Many thanks”

“Today I visited the St Helens store and approached two gentleman one was called Jordan I didn't catch the other gentleman's name, extremely friendly I needed help regarding cables for a VCR I found, my mum's just recently passed away and I wanted to watch these video tapes to help me remember. These two lads were fantastic they knew it wasn't a worthy sale but they went above and beyond they expressed sympathy as I got upset and made me feel comfortable! I visited the store around 10am. Please give these two men a incentive as they both represent the company so well and I will be back in this store this week to make sure they have both been acknowledged by management”
