Massive store. Clean and well organised staff really friendly.. first time visit but will return..ample parking..
Great range of clothing home accessories. The selection is much better than in many other TKMaxx shops.
I used to come here for all my clothes because it catered to my needs. From suits, to sports gear to outdoor clothing. I'm finding that there's not as much to choose from (for men). Clydebank store used to have a massive sock collection to choose from and now it's a smaller selection. And they've been selling Halloween themed stock all summer! TK Maxx will still be my "first" one stop shop but that's only because I'm a creature of habit, but that is beginning to change because I'm not getting the clothing that I am looking for. Also the Treasure rewards scheme is pointless. I've been a long time customer and have always used the rewards card and have never once received an award. It has to be the worst and most unrewarding scheme for its customers.
I don't understand tkmax it's a shop you go to just to see if they have what you're looking for, they won't but might have something similar! The wife likes it, still don't know why we don't just go to the shop that sells what she's looking for!
I was in the shop today when Karen - one of the employees on the shop floor, called another employee to the middle of the shop and publicly berated and abused this girl in front of customers about what seemed to be a private matter. I found this to be very rude and inappropriate and you should consider the type of people you employee and how you treat others.
Good value if your prepared to search through racks
Always nice to have a visit to TK Maxx, more so st.helens branch. Always exceptionally organised and doesn't feel crammed. You never come out of this store empty handed!! Great products, sometimes unusual, unique and not found in most shops! Give it a visit.
I used to occasionally shop at T K Maxx then over time found this shop started to deliver things I couldn't find to satisfactory level elsewhere .. my last visit supplied all of the quality and sometimes unique items I needed to help my daughter move into her first house and at a ridiculous inexpensive price The staff are also friendly and professionaly brilliant
Only really go here for the Halloween decorations, which start coming in from July. Best around by a mile. Staff are polite and friendly and the shop is very clean. Free parking for a couple of hours but beware if you are shopping on the whole estate as you will get a ticket if you exceed this.
