Absolutely incompetent organisation! I live in an apartment block that has 2 empty flats vacant for the last 4 months! Also if you have a foreign name your application will be put to the bottom of the pile!
I have been on their list for six years. I am 77 disabled with MS and arthritis struggling to live in my present home. I live in Cleveleys and am totally without any help or support. I need to move to get support from family and access specialised medical treatment in Stockport . I can no longer drive there and as a result have completely lost my mobility . I am over 20 for most properties. You dont move up the list after time like most other home choices. I am told they have a lot of homeless and the newly homeless are given priority over me. Most private rentals are unsuitable for my disability as I need level access shower, no steps and parking. I have given up hoping for a home from them. The only properties I get close to are sheltered and have a communal laundry that I am unable to walk to. They are useless.
Why on earth has it changed its priorities to under 18. 16 was bad enough.over 20 on all I bid on .cause I have a 19 year old .needs to change
Apparently i have a C medical and I've been waiting nearly two years. Properties shown to me aren't even macclesfield. The ones I bid on say shortling over 20. What the service doesent tell you, there could be 1000 people bidding for one property. Instead of telling you, you are rank 500 and something they say 20, so it makes you look like your getting somewhere , jn reality your not. They basically lie to you and expect to you swallow their replies obediently like some poor unwanted dog
The system they ut you in when it comes to band isn't right ,putting me who's a mentally ill man who's homeless having to live in a shed band E due to debt from rent even tho I was on benefits and my rent should of been paid like I'm gonna get somewhere off that ,it's a joke people who don't need housed are well above me ,it's not right and not fair it's actually destroying my mental health more
If you're english then you stand no chance of being housed by these people

Been on here for 3 years and said my kids were coming to live with me and they wouldn't help in the slightest. Said i needed to be claiming for them but I couldn't as wherry I was living wasn't suitable Absolute joke
Great Service, Gareth our advisor was so helpfully took a lot of the stress away having a chat and explaining are pros and cons. we are know collecting our keys to our new home and very happy, can not fault your services.
Absolutely shocking it is shame big massive company like that has shityest website ever. Im been registered since 2018 and i keep clicking on flats not getting any where with it. I know Thousands of houses and flats are empty. I know that because I work for company we are contractors do work on their house. People running that business should be shamed of themselves no thanks for your service
