   I recently bought a house through Ryder and Dutton, Middleton branch. I dealt with Emma Hanley and Elizabeth Powell and both were extremely professional, very good at their job and took away a lot of the stress for me. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them both. I would highly recommend Ryder and Dutton due to my experience with both Emma and Elizabeth.

   Ryder & Dutton handled the sale of my property, and although the process became lengthy due to factors outside of their control and beyond their area of responsibility, they remained professional throughout. The situation was frustrating and at times extremely stressful, but I would like to make a special mention of Elizabeth Powell. Her communication was excellent, and her empathy and understanding of my situation genuinely helped to alleviate a lot of the stress. Even when Elizabeth was on leave, it was clear that she had handed my case over thoroughly and professionally to her colleagues, ensuring continuity and confidence in the service. I genuinely believe Elizabeth went above and beyond in supporting me, and because of her efforts I would not hesitate to recommend Ryder & Dutton to family members and close friends. While it was a difficult process overall, I felt fully supported and well-informed throughout, which made a significant difference.

   I've had a decent experience selling my house with Ryder & Dutton. Communication was a bit poor at the start but once I accepted an offer and Elizabeth Powell, the Move Manager, took over the case, everything was really good. She sent me weekly updates as she was in touch with solicitors on both sides and when I couldn't get in touch with my solicitors, she got in touch with them for me. I couldn't recommend her enough! Efficient, professional, brilliant, thank you!

   Great experience as a seller with Ryder & Dutton. Very communicative throughout, keeping me updated on buyer and communicating with both solicitors. Elizabeth Powell was the move manager for my property and she was truly excellent and always super responsive to my emails and any requests. I found Ryder & Dutton super easy to deal with, I wasn't tied down in a huge amount of bureaucracy and they made the process of house sale straightforward. Would recommend and I would use again in the future.

   As First Time Buyers, navigating the current housing market is no easy feat. Contacting Estate Agents and enquiring about properties is not always a pleasant experience. However, with Ryder & Dutton it is a different experience; truly a top-tier service which we had to recommend. We would personally like to thank Claudette Cole, the Sales Negotiator at the Middleton Branch. Right from the outset, Claudette has been reliable, efficient and approachable from answering our many questions to providing reassurance when progression of the sale was slowing. She has been a constant source of contact and intermediate between the Sellers; and even at points communicating with the Seller’s Solicitors to keep the process moving forward. We are still in awe that we are Homeowners but we are beyond grateful and acknowledge that it wouldn’t be possible without such a proficient service. Thank you Ryder & Dutton. Thank you Claudette.    As a buyer in another city and far away, the communication and clarity of information from Richard at Ryder Dutton was excellent. They were on the ball, helpful, easy to contact and timely in responses. They did not overload you with emails, but were excellent in keeping things up to date. I would happily recommend their services and was very impressed with the advertisement as well as it was a true reflection of the property, with accurate information and photographs. They assisted in what was a long, complicated sale and did so with grace and expertise. We are now proud owners of a lovely house thanks to there good skills in keeping this going.
