Helpful staff who make you feel welcome. They let try on a number of different styles of shoes before I made my purchase.
The shoes I bought here were defective (the trim was fraying after not even a week due to some missed stitching) and although I had my receipt they wouldn’t change them without the box. I asked why they couldn’t just swap the box with the new pair but apparently they can’t due to their policy. However, it’s okay to sell shoes that don’t last a week. Bizarre!
