   Having recently used Warren's to sell a house, we can give them an A* rating. They firstly reviewed property prices in the area & suggested a reasonable asking price, which we went with. The house sold quickly as Warrens were able to offer viewings at times when other agents were closed. Shortly before exchange and completion a fault in the brickwork, (not picked up on the survey) was noticed by a friend of the buyers and resulted in the them pulling out. Warrens suggested we commissioned an independent structural engineer to report on the problem. The result was found to be cosmetic and not structural. All prospective buyers were shown this report and a new sale was quickly agreed. We were very pleased with Warren's professional & honest approach to the whole process, Selling was the easy bit, conveyancing another matter, Warrens ability to diplomatically chase the buyer’s solicitor when they seemed to be 'dragging their feet' was gratefully appreciated and made whole process smoother for an exasperated home seller. We will gladly use them again to market any other house sale we undertake. Thanks very much Warren, Stuart and Wendy

   Warrens provided a professional service selling my parents house. The communication was excellent from the first contact until the end of the process. Warren was pro-active following up interested purchasers so the news of one buyer changing his mind was relayed with the information that another offer had been made. Any questions were dealt with promptly and helped me at a difficult time. Warren even gave me details of a local charity to dispose of furniture.

   I had the best experience using Warrens to purchase my new home. Both Warren and Stuart were on top of everything and completely reliable with any questions or issues I had. With my sale being slightly frustrating, Warren exceeded my expectations and actually took it one step further to help wherever he could. Myself and Warren spoke that much (and he kept me updated whenever there was an update) that my phone actually recommended I call him whenever I got in the car! There are no words to express how amazing Warren and Stuart are, they are the most genuine and kind people, who just want the best for you. I would never use anyone else going forward and will recommend them to anyone I come across needing an estate agent.

They were so accommodating during viewings and made us feel at ease. Special mention for the lovely women who answered our calls. She was really helpful and answered any questions we had.    I was recommended Warrens and liked both Warren and Stuart as soon as I met them. They proved to be fantastic in what became a hugely difficult sale due to the buyers solicitors being awful.    Before using Warrens I had assumed that all estate agents were exactly the same, and was dreading the process of selling our house. Having completed on our house I cannot recommend them enough, Warren and Stuart were both a pleasure to deal with through the process, both giving a personal touch that you wouldn't normally expect from an estate agent. They sold our house quickly, for a good price and were available throughout the whole process ensuring that everything was progressing correctly and efficiently. Can't recommend them enough, if we hadn't left the area then I wouldn't consider using anyone else.

   We originally bought a house where Warrens were the agent of the house we were buying and at the time we were blown away by the service we received from someone else's agent. It was an easy decision therefore for us to sell our house with Warrens when we came to move on. The service we received was incredible and Warren showed again how he can navigate incredible tricky situations with great care and tenacity. I do not believe we would have completed on our property if we were with a less caring agent and we are so appreciative of all the help we got. I have no doubt that this is the gold standard that all agents should be working towards and I would (and do) recommend Watrens to anyone that will listen. Thank you

   We've just sold our home with Warrens and I couldn't praise them enough! At the begining of our selling journey, we had a number of local agents round to value the property and talk us through their strategy; not only did Warren and Stu live up to our expectations, but their advice and recommendations came with no jargon, no arrogant "look how good we are", and plenty of honesty about what we should expect as vendors. The photos and property listing we're excellent. Stuart took plenty of time to make sure everything was perfect and you could really tell he valued attention to detail. The valuation turned out to be spot on and, as promised, Warren delivered us a fully booked day of viewings, all with suitable and proceedable buyers. This led to multiple offers after only 5 days on the market and us comfortable securing and accepting an offer above our asking price. Throughout the rest of the process, the communication from Warren and Stuart was brilliant, ensuring everybody was informed and relaxed and things proceeded. I honestly couldn't fault the way our sale was handled. I would reccomend Warrens to anybody looking for an honest agent that delivers on their word.

   Warren was not our agent (unfortunately) but the agent of our sellers. The difference in service between Warren's and our (well known local agent) was incredible. Firstly, following a very vague conversation several weeks previously, they gave us the heads up that the house was coming on the market and we were first (and in the end only) people to view. And throughout the process both Warren and Stuart really helpful in getting our purchase over the line. Towards exchange there were a few complicated situations further down the chain and Warren did everything he could to help even though the issues were several houses down the chain and not really his responsibility at all. He was also very timely in chasing down our seller's solicitor. Our agent on the other hand did literally nothing once a sale was agreed, other than send the bill! I would not hesitate to recommend Warren's to anyone locally, far and above better than any other local agent I have dealt with. Very nice people too. We hope to stay put here for a while but if we were putting our house on the market, I wouldn't be contacting anyone else.
